- GeorgeJust got a recorded message from that number -- 800-361-2613 -- the message says I must call Bell wireless about my account. I don't have an account with Bell. I have never had any account or any business with Bell. I guess this is random scammer nonsense -- in addition to Bell being a rediculaous company as I have heard so many times.
- Caller: Bell
- EdI get this call too.
I am on WIND MOBILE PREPAID!
Free incoming calls 1c min outgoing using call back service.
I port out all of my credits. Basically a free cell phone. - AnonymThey have been calling me for weeks. This time the number shows up as a US caller...Unfortunately, I just resigned with Bell for 2 years.. i'm regretting it. The guy said "i'm calling to remind you that your account is overdue"... I said "that's impossible, i'm set up for automatic payments.. but nice try attempting to get me to overpay so you can double bill me and screw me out of cash.. I know your tricks..." SO SICK OF BELLS [***]!

- DanaMy wife and I took a trip to to the us. We called bell and had them put the us calling package on both of our phones. We paid for both of the us packages at that point. With in 10 minutes her phone was turned off. I called bell and after arguing with cs for 20 minutes and paid more money her phone was turned back on. Over the next two days both of our phones were turned off. Many more payments were made but the disconnections kept happening none of the cs reps would listen. One rep figured out what was wrong, instead of the us package, they put on the European package, she told us that she changed us over to the us package and when I asked for my wife's phone to be reconnected she yelled at me and said that we should pay our bill and it won't get turned off after she was told that we have made 3 months of payments in two days. I hung up on her and called back and briefly spoke to a cs rep. I asked for a supervisor. When I got transferred, it was to a virgin mobile rep. I again called bell and requested a supervisor. We got transferred and we told them what was going on, it took him over an hour to fix their mess. Now bell advertises that they have world class customer support and we had to deal with this.

- M| 1 replyGot about a dozen calls from this number (Bell Mobility) in the past few days despite not being a Bell customer. Finally talked to a rep about it - she took my info and told me she "sent a request" about me receiving calls despite not being a customer. Apparently it will take five days to process, so I assume I'm going to keep getting calls about it until then....... /headdesk

- Vax replies to JamesUnfortunately you wont get much result from the cops, if it doesn't pass more than 3 calls in a 24 hour period it doesn't pass for being harassment. Lawyer or no the law stands and cannot be changed without general consent of the public majority and government. The best bet you have for finding any degree of satisfaction is to post a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the CRTC as they are the agencies responsible for this law and its administration in Canada.
- Kristy| 3 repliesNo message from this number but if it is Bell, they're morons. I've NEVER been a customer. I'm with Rogers. Take a hike.
- personi get this call everyday and i dont even have bell, why are they calling me. they dont leave a message
- Caller: bell
- AnnieThey cal me twice à dau
- GFXavierI went to a Bell Mobility store and they didn't recognize the number. They advised me it was probably a scam, and that I should tell them to leave me alone.
It's two weeks later, and they haven't left me alone. I don't owe Bell any money.
This number calls at the most absolutely inappropriate times during the day. I even asked them to phone another number (replaced my land line with a cell #) and they keep calling the land line. I consider this type of activity criminal and unwarranted.
It's sad that I have to add this number to my block list.- Caller: Bell

- Percy replies to FatUncle| 1 replyActually Mike is not an idiot. Annual interest on $35.00 @ 5% is $1.75. The cost to Bell of sending 12 notices per year is 12 x $.69 (business preferred rate) or $8.28 plus GST plus PST, or approx. $9.75, plus cost of supplies and handling...let's call it $10. Net cost to Bell = $8.25...and Mike remains free to request the repayment of his $35.00 credit - something that will involve costs considerably in excess of the standard monthly letter as humans will be involved. That being said, the cost Mike's revenge, if there are more than a few of him, will be passed on to current customers.
- Percy replies to PercySorry, I should have said tj.
- mrwrenstupid guy called did not understand i was busy working told him to shut the f up
- MThis number has called me 3 times already today starting at 645am and everytime I answer no one is there I'm getting really sick of it
- MISS SMARTYIf you know for a fact that it is Bell and they are annoying you by calling multiple times a week and dont leave a message and their number is not in service .Then may i suggest a resolution to at least give you some enjoyment is to call Bell with a real number and annoy them multiple times a day and tell them why you are calling.Keep their communication staff really busy.
Maybe then they will get the hint and change tactics.and .I am all for deals and good service and dont mind the odd call but if they would leave a message on MY PHONE as to what it is that they are doing then on my free time if interested i will look into it .Great but until then BACK OFF- Caller: Bell
- M2Bell Mobility sent my invoice by email yesterday. Today I've already received 3 collections calls from them? What the hell? What is wrong with these morons?
