I am tired of calls from this phone number 800-361-
5783 every 2 hours all day long.It starts  @ 8:00a.m. and don't stop till late evening....stop now...

it's not legal either to make more than 3 collection calls or attempts per day it's a harassment violation

stop calling my cell....it is not for your use.

1-800-361-5783 this number calls every morning at 8am. For no reason. Make it stop.

This number calls on my work line.  As soon as I pick up, they hang up.  It's frustrating.  The government should be monitoring these people.

Yes HSBC is very bad, they keep bugging me also for one month late payment. Very bad bank in the world. no other bank will do that.

I just a call from this number at work. There was a recorded voice that said "This is an important..." then it cut out, then I could hear some people talking in the background (possibly a call center) then the call disconnected.

This 1-800-361-5783 calls everyday, multipule times some times where when you answer, theres no one on the other end and it just hangs up on you.  I called back from being pissed off and super annoyed and found out its HSBC.  They say apparently our employees have accounts there but no one does.  First it was 1 account, then it was 2 accounts, then they told me 2 more employees have accounts with them.  Its almost some sort of spam BS or something!  But I'm super pissed and think anyone who is receiving phone calls from them should go to this site and complain to them

I've sent an email to them but it takes 5-7 business days to get a response or possibly longer.  I'm not giving up though, until they stop calling us.

1-800-361-5783 as well as their automated 866-469-6445 has become a major annoyance as well. I am aware of everything that can and may happen along with what's owed. Due to health reasons I've been unable to persist with payments. I communicated and am well aware of taking a credit hit. Nothing I can do. This jerk of a company is calling me up to 11 times a day I hang up on the first call and they continue that is a breach of the  Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) thus they can now be sued by me for harassment. However this threat as I made clear did not stop them. They would call and I would answer saying "hello up to 5 times" before someone spoke. I had enough and exploded. I took it upon myself and paid for a call block on my phone. It's only 4.00 so no big deal. Happy to say they stopped. In the mean time I am going to be writing a letter to tell them cease all contact. I will be sending it registered mail. If they continue I will be suing them and then it's THEM who will owe me money. I highly recommend you get call block they Cannot by law work around it and try to call you as then they can be sued massive dollars. My lawyer is not impressed.
