They just called me too. I have NO debt at all. None. Very tacky bunch of people. Rude and ugly. If you call them, beware. They are really ugly even when they made the mistake.

They called me at 2 am this morning... I've been up since. Thing is... I've called them and was removed from the "list" supposedly... The company is The CMI Group based out of TX. What an incredibly poorly run agency. Verging on illegal practice.

I plan to call them every day several times a day.... Every day. In fact I think I'm going to increase my minutes on my cell plan to allow enough minutes to accommodate. I mean theyve done it to me. Word to the 800 377 7789 peeps.... STOP calling me!!!! I have a feeling they will soon enough :)

ya this number bs has got to stop, i answer the ******** call and the call is immediately ended, thats like prank calling or some bs, and i know thats not legal,

This as well as 800 -784-5309/ 888-272-5543/800- 890-3461  have been leaving messages. Early, late, it doesnt matter.

Same problem with Comcast. They used to be reliable. Charged me $400 to transfer my cable. Others charge new cable/satellite service much lower, less than $100 if I remember correctly

Received a phone call last night at 10:34 PM on my cell phone.  Didn't leave a message but I think the call was meant for whoever had the no. before me.  Irritating as I was already in bed.  I thought telemarkers/collections were not allowed to call after 9 PM.  Need this to stop!

This number just called me a minute  ago and this morning. I dont know how'd he get my number,coz my husband is the only one who knows my number.

These folks made several calls a week to my new cell phone.  No messages were left.  I finally called them back and they apologized for the bother and updated their records.

they caledl me AT 10 P.M. asking for a person with a weird name, if i was that person i was supoused to dial 2,  and if i was not i was supoused to dial 3, so they could correct the number, so i dialed 3,  then she wanted to know who i was so they could stop calling, me i refused to tell her who i was, she told me then to expect more calls and hung up. who are these people? can't they be stopped? where do i report them?

I don't even have Time Warner cable and I have been recieving phone calls from them. I had to call them and cancel an appointment that they must of made for a technician to came out to my house and fix my cable. I don't have cable!!!! there is nothing to fix. Now they are bugging me about my Bill, I don't have an account number or service from them or any other cable company. I am about to contact a lawyer to see if I can't correct this issue. Time Warner Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the call ID showed this name CMI.I answered no one answered back, but I know they were on the line because when i said i hope your having fun they hung up. I'm so sick of all these crazy calls. phone rings, 6-7 times a day, all different #'s

Have gotten 2 calls from this number, each time I get to the phone it stops before I can answer, but there is no message left either, very strange for an 800 number not to leave a message.

Here are copies of the jury’s verdicts (the trial had two phases) with the jurors’ names redacted:
