- HeatherThese [***] have been calling me for weeks--I never answered because I thought it was a telemarketer--finally answered one day and they're trying to find some scumbag who got evicted from my apartment building back in June...many collectors are trying to find him. I pressed 2 to verify that he can't be reached at my number...we'll see if they call back...if they do...I'm going to try to deal with a person and demand my number be removed from their list.

- KyleCMI calling at least once a day, sometimes up to three times a day. I do owe some money to none other than you guessed it - Time Warner. However, upon reviewing my online setup account with them (Which has been closed and my services with them were discontinued months ago), shows a remaining outstanding balance of $0.00. This collection is supposedly over an unreturned modem, which can potentially be true, as I had lived with housemates in a different state at the time of owning. The account was in my name. Regardless, I have strictly asked for written and mailed confirmation of the amount owed, with all verified information via mail, and to not be called. This was at least two months ago. Still no written evidence of my claimed debt owed, and still the calls continue. At this point, even if I DO still owe them money for the equipment, this has all become a hassle that I'm not entirely sure I'm willing to shell out the cash for.

- Samehere replies to yo manI continue to get these calls from them but it comes up "NO CALLER ID" so I cannot block it, it is over a Time Warner bill that they are trying to make me paid when I moved, they did not disconnect the service and the next renters had several months of free service. They are crooks. And they call 3t to 4 times a day and even in the middle of the night and on Sunday. Someone should sue them. I think I am.
- Huckleberry Sin replies to momadonna4I DO THAT TOO! Sometimes I'll put the phone up to a blaring TCV or radio! Give it 5 seconds and *dail tne*!

Received call from above number, but I refused to answer it---caller left 'no' voice message. Research of internet websote revealed numerous other people have been harassed by this caller--suspected collector of some sort---only thing I have no outstanding debt(s). Bet I did locate the possible identity of the caller from the website; namely....

I will intend to continue my research on this group; notify the Feds (FCC) and take whatever actions available to put and end to thier illegal activities but if I had my way about it I would "tale a crowbar and ,make a few changed to their heads, face, mouther and teeth, etc.". - David Fontaine-MaineRE" 1-800-388-7879

Saw various complaints of harassment from what appears to envolve Time Waner Cable/Comcast. If this is true I will begin the process to opting out of Time Warner and opt-in to another TV service / phone provider---inclding initiating a lawsuit against Time Warner and Comcast. - Jamie replies to anonymousI have them calling me and I've never had comcast before. It's not even a provider where we live.
- JackJust got a call and answered the phone. After I said hello a couple of times, a lady came on and said my name and I replied yes. Then she asked to make sure she was talking to the right person, she wanted me to verify my address. I told her I wouldn't because I didn't know who they were. And she abruptly said no problem and hung up. Bunch of [***].
