Has been calling my home for a month. I just called back and followed their instructions to be removed from their phone database. Hope it helps. The recording said "Gemma Communications"

Received many calls from this number, hang up before anyone gets there, don't leave meassage, very irritating.  Tried to call back, message said "Sorry, this number is not in service."  So obviously, can't take action as per Berry's advice to stop receiving these calls.
If this no. is truly not in service, then why is someone allowed to make these annoying and identified calls, and the recipient is not allowed to know who is calling?

Yeah these people keep calling me, I've never answered and they never leave a message. Also when I called back it said out of service. Time to kill.

I was able to remove my number from their list.

They call me every one or two days, even twice a day.  I never answer it and they never stop calling.  I used to be a market research interviewer, our phone numbers get recycled over and over again where we might get called 2 or 3 times in 1 day unless we expressly ask them to remove us from their calling list.

None the less, frustrating as hell.

they keep calling my house twice a day. I finally answered and they asked to speak to my husband. I ignore how they have my phone number as well as my husband's name. They told me they were "Rogers" (like the phone company). I doubt it very much since the person on the phone sounded as if she was calling from a cell phone. In addition, it is the first time that someone speaks to me, because whenever I answered the phone, they usually hung up right away.

They are anoying!!!

Same story here.  I picked up on the first ring and I was hung up on.  I wish there was some enforcement against stuff like this.  You'd think it would be easy to trace.  I'll see if it continues.

Ok, it looks like you can still call them and have your name removed. Maybe you have to be in Canada. Maybe you have to have eaten eggs for breakfast! I dunno.

Well, you can have your name removed from all lists apparently here:
"You can call the Canadian Marketing Association at 1-800-267-8805 and ask to be removed from telemarketer call lists."

I missed a call from this phone number today.

well, i just got the call and i picked it up, but i heard a machine voice saying that "this option is not valid" and then it hung up. I just called them back and it turned out to be Gemma Communication a marketing comp. the first time i gotthe call, so didn't bother to take my name off the list, but it seems to be only accessible from canada

I got the call today.  When I answered there was no one there.  I just googled it and came accross you guys.

yeah, they just called me, and i was like what the...........so i thought maybe I just got to the phone late and they hung up, and then, they called 4 more times in the next two hours, and then i got to the phone at the first ring, but still no answer, thought it was some kind of prank, then i called the number, luckily it was a machine that said, gamma communications, but to remove the number the machine will say "enlgish or french" then press 1 for english, then it'll say "if you want yoour number removed presed 1" and then it'll say your phone number and ask you if this is the number you want to remove, press one for yes. i think,...........

I also keep getting calls from this number and I usually just let it ring. They do not leave a message. I answered it tonight, but there was no one on the line, so I hung up. Also called the number back and it was a recording that said the number was not in service.

They sometimes have comupters call just to see at what times you answer so that the telemarketers know when you're usually home.
