- BryanI get constant calls from this number. They never leave a message, and if i answer, i hear someone on the line who then immediately hangs up. If this genuinely is from Rogers, then i will happily leave once my contract is up.
- Denis replies to MichelleThanks Michelle,
I just logged onto Rogers, and in the profile frame to the left, I clicked "Update Marketing Permissions", and selected not wanting to be communicated with by phone or e-mail for services I am not interested in. Let's see if this works.... - Gemma never stopsThey call constantly and see their number so many times on the display. I simply ignore them and don't bother even answering. I hate Rogers for doing this to their customers.

- Hate Rogers for Doing ThisDamn Rogers for sending Gemma Communications to harass their own clients for more business. Bell is not any better, I wish there were more competition. Hate them both.

- S. Rochon replies to M Hueston| 2 repliesJust called back 800-395-8813 and its Rogers Wireless. There was an option to have my number removed. Maybe you can try again and have the same luck. Although they say it may take up to 48 hours ... but I had to take my chance.
- Very AnnoyedThese [***] called me so many times both at my home and cell phone. I removed my phone number once before too (call 1-800-395-9122, press 1 for English, 1 to hear the phone number removed but it's never the right number, press 2 to correct the number).

- JFJust got a call from them. Had them before in the past, stopped for a time being, but now back :( Very annoying as my cell phone turns on when a call comes, and doesn't turn off unless I do so, so if I'm away from my phone when the phone rings for a long enough period of time, the battery dies :(
- Tabiri replies to S. Rochon| 1 replyIf you listen it's actually a whole process, you have to press 1 to remove it, then wait, then 11, then listen to them talk, then they ask if some random number is the one you want to remove, you then have to press 2 for no, enter your phone number, confirm it, then it tells you it will be removed within 24hrs
- Chris YCalls me every day damnit. Really irritating. I stop what I'm doing, and go answer and no one is there. Really really frustrating.
- Caller: No Idea. ...
- Will the calls EVER end?! replies to Joe (Don't bother me anymore )Indeed, I simply called 416-256-1800 (one of their main offices) and while I was placed on hold IMMEDIATELY by the young woman answering the phone, when she returned almost a minute later I politely and kindly (kill 'em with kindness!) asked her to remove my # from their lists. She asked me for my # and obliged my request. Very quick, hopefully easy (we'll see if they call again) process.
They were calling on behalf of Rogers and WOW did they ever keep trying...Rogers outsourcing customer service/follow-ups...Ted would be rolling over in his grave. - bernadine lelostop calling my number i don't want anything from you so leave me alone
- dylani just told them i was getting a [***] and not to call me again :P

- Call type: Telemarketer
- _bryan_Could we possibly bring them to court for the disturbances being caused by these people? I mean being called for 2-3 times a day is really causing a lot of problems to some people. I mean, I may be doing something very important or waiting for a very important call, and these unknown people comes calling you and they just hung up. Moreover I think for most of the Canadian mobiles, for any calls answered, we will be charged as well.

- Allison replies to irritated in our nation's capitalHello,
Just letting you know that as a Rogers customer telemarketing agents are allowed to contact you. Any company that you have done business with in the last year is able to market with you. Gemma communications is a third part vendor based out of Toronto. By requesting to go on the DNC list they are removing you from THEIR marketing lists and not Rogers. Thought that may help.
