Got the same thing.  Silly number calling.  700 Lawrence west is actually a shopping mall.  There are offices.  Must be a bunch of small fly by night guys who bought a "Dial-O-Matic".

The little buggers called my cell.   That cost me money.

I put myself on the do not call list on the CMA website and Im still getting 2 calls a day!!!

They called my home number while I was out. My wife answered, and a guy with a heavy accent asked for me by name. When she said I was out, he wanted to know when I would be back. Weasels.

Received call today.  I think this is the same number that's been calling me recently, like two nights ago at midnight.  Nobody says anything.

I kind of like it.  I'm wondering if it's some long lost gf who just needs to hear my voice.

Maybe somebody gets paid by the amount of calls they make, whether any conversation goes on or not.

They've been calling me at least once every couple days for the last month. Removed my # from their list and they still call. I'd like to know how they got my number because it's a cell I use only for emergencies. I'll have to get a new # if they don't stop

I am pretty irritated with these guys - they called me the other day and I answered - They were trying to give me some fantastic deal on didtal cable from Rogers.  I said I wasn't interested, confirmed I wasn't interested because I don't watch TV.  

I just ignored another call from them today . . . TWO days later!
Next time I will tell them never ever call me again!

i called the number in toronto that someone had posted earlier (416) 256-1800 and asked to get taken off the list.. the lady sounded pretty bitchy and said she would do it... i guess i'll see what happens. Thanks guys!!

I get calls from this company daily.....i finally called back and removed my name....very frustrating

This # has been calling me for more than just a few months, it's been a year and a half.  It's just annoying as hell.

I have had numerous calls from this number and most of the time I let run over to my answering machine. It is surprising how many times the clowns at the other end don't realize they've got an answering machine and you can hear them go "Hello...., uh, hello?..." One would think they would eventually get the picture, and stop calling but I guess not.

Not that it matters to me, but it's also pretty weird for a thes telemarketers to have such bad background sound.... you can almost hear 5 or 6 other conversations in the background.

constant calling and leaving strange sounds and noises. Are these people perverts? They call a couple times a day. I let the call go to the answering machine. Obviously live people because they don't hang up, so I get a few seconds of a message.

Same here has happened. I had a thought. Why not turn the tables? If you get someone on the other end, just hang up and call again. Do that a few times. :) Maybe someone at Gemma will get a nervous breakdown. :)

This may help alot of telemarketers are now using a computer to call, wait for an answer, if you answer there would be nobody there, but the machine records that someone answered, so they know the best time to call you back.
TIP: If you answer and nobody is there, press some buttons on your phone, this will confuse the computer and it will delete your phone #

Didnt pick up, then i called back with a private number, and got some lady for some marketing firm i think, she didnt speak very clearly and i didnt talk back.

I got the same phone calls, I googled it and found this site..they have called about 4 times today.. I pick up, and about 5-10seconds later they hang up!... It is VERY annoying when this is a business and I am supposed to be recieving important phone calls, NOT calls that have NO ONE on the other end talking...Very frustrated with this.. I will try calling back to be removed from the calling list as you all have suggested
