so did you call him back and pay your bill? or does he still have to call you and people to get msg to you to get you to call him and pay your bill? when reading this site its funny too see all that is here when client services is a collection office and if you are not the person they are looking for then tell the person to call them that they are looking for they can help them and if not then most likely that person is getting sued by what ever creditor decides they want the money back that they took is all.client services is always in the saint charles paper for good deeds and awarded many awards for what they do and well liked company in the area they are in.

do you really think if a credit card company gives you a line of credit for a large amount of money with  even cash advances wouldnt you want to know how to reach that person in question if they stopped paying you? i know i would.

oh thats an easy question if for some reason they cant find her well it will all hit her credit so i hope she dont want to ever have anything because she will not have good credit to get anything

but in the same breath you can go to the sleezbags and ask for a credit line of money???????????? and give the credit card co all your info to get the money but when you stop paying them and they follow up on the info and get own info on the person they want money back from .. hmmmmmmmmm were they sleezbags when you got the credit card line or just when you stopped paying them

wow i am ashamed to know you are speaking on csi behalf. i been at csi for many years and if i were the owner of csi i would be very disappointed on what you were saying name calling and you call you self a mngr would love  to know who you are.thats not how we handle issues what is your problem

Client Services left a message at our church tellling our pastor that she had a problem with her account. A woman was the caller but we didn't get the name. We Googled the number and came to this website. I have news for Les Murphy -- this is a scam. It was an attempt to get information out of our pastor. She has no problem with her account, but the caller was badgering her and threatening her to get her to give them information. I have more news for Mr. Murphy - if you were legitimate, you would have the information. You would not be asking the victim to give you their personal information. I also would like to point out that this is not a new scam. About two years ago, the same tactic was used on my brother as what many of the writers here refer to - the trick of calling a relative. My brother lives in a different state and has a different name so I don't know how they got me. At that time, I also googled the number and found quite a lengthy discussion on Ripoff.com.  They called back several times before they finally quit. I almost hope they continue to call the church so I can offer to pray for their souls and that they will see the error of their wicked ways.

My dad received a phone call from a woman, asking if he was my fiancee (name not disclosed). My dad informed her that no one by that name lived at his place of residence. She then asked if I (his daughter) was available, and again he informed that I did not live there either. He then explained that he was my father, whereas the lady asked if I knew a ...(my fiancee - first AND last name)... to which my dad replied "Yes, she does". The lady then asked my dad to have me call her at 1-800-521-3236 ext. 4424 She left her name, Shirley, or something to that extent. My fiancee and I have no legal binding together except for the lease on our apartment. This was, to say the least, a very strange situation.

These nitwits are trying to collect money from my minor child on a bank account for Bank of Am. The account number  was fraudently used on line. We filed a fraud report w/ Bank of Am. They forgave the charges but were still insisting he pay the overdraft fees. Why should we pay overdraft fees on a charge that was proved to be a fraud? They let my minor son open his account w/out my knowledge anyhow. Now they think they are going to sue my minor child who does not work for $78? Whatever! Sick of these folks already!

This number continues to call me and harassing me to have someone else call them back.  Is there a way to file a formal complaint.  They aren't even trying to reach me.

You could complain with a manager,(which probably wont get you far) or you could just have the person return the call and give them a different number.

What *- doesn't seem to notice about these posts is that victims of these calls DO NOT owe money. They have done nothing to deserve the rude treatment the callers from the company he appears to represent give them. If he is so willing to give out his own personal information to any Tom, Dick or Harry who calls him out of the blue, I suggest all of you scammers out there get his number and give him a call. The other odd fact that is hard to understand about these companies, is when people do call them back, they have such a hard time reaching anyone. And for the sake of *-, I will repeat, your verbal abuse of the victims who write in to this website is unjustified because these people DO NOT owe money. I only know you as *- but I will pray that the bitterness will leave your heart.

My mother received a call from somebody claiming to be Johnathan Thompson, extension 40560, of Client Services, Inc., demanding to know my current phone number and address. When she refused, they verbally abused her and even threatened her. She is very old and was visibly shaken after this horrible encounter. It is a shame these thugs are allowed to treat people this way.

Hey collector, YOU listen. The problem that your company has is exemplified by your post. Your company called my office earlier today looking for someone who has never worked here and is not associated with my company and proceeded to be rude to me. I think that your company has a running problem as shown by that and the rudeness and name calling in your post. You say that this is about people owing money, but it is not when the people you are doing this to aren't the ones that you're actually going after.

And you know what? This is not "crap". It is a waste of both your company's time and mine. If your company had taken the time to be polite and respectful, then I wouldn't have taken the time to write this response.

Also, the constant responses on this thread of "Pay your bills" is ridiculous. The majority of people complaining about this number are NOT the ones who are owing Client Services' clients money. They are people who are getting harassed by your company without reason.

A lady called from 1.800.521.3236 asking for my daughter. My 10 year old niece answered the phone and was questioned by the lady - who are you, what relative are you, etc.  A couple of days later I received a call from this number and a lady asked for my daughter.  I told her she didn't live here.  The lady I spoke to said she had my daughter's number, but wanted me to talk to my daughter about how to take care of business, but the lady wouldn't give me any information about what the call was in reference to or what company she was with.

A Karen Rose Called form this number and was very rude.  She was looking for a person that is not here, If she was nicer I might have helped her
