    just got a call from one stacy dalton, at x4122 at this number, asking me to deliver a note to a neighbor she was "doing business with". Strikes me as an invasion of my neighbors privacy to let me know there is a collections issue underway there.

    My mother received a call from "Ricky".  He was wanting to know my info.  My mom didn't give him the info but said that she would give me a message.  I believe they got my mom's # from an original application--You know, the question---Who is the nearest relative not living with you?  When finances were well, I'm sure that is how they got her info.  I don't reveal my financial status to my family and I really don't appreciate them calling unsuspecting family members to get my information.  Now my mom is wondering what is going on.  
    I will send them a cease and desist letter.  If they hadn't called family, I wouldn't do this because I screen all my calls anyway.  Since they called my family, the story changes.

    I got a call last night - they want me to verify my address and social security number but refuse to tell me what it is in regard to.  I am not going to give that information without knowing more about who I am speaking with and what it is about, so the person who identified himself as "Mike Smith" said that he'll just call every day until I do, then hung up on me.

    Why are you being so rude?  This site is to help people with how to deal with stupid creditors that have no idea what they are doing and don't have a real case.  Creditors lie and steal and I have never paid a creditor and never will.  Always go directly to the credit card company or medical office that you owe money to and they will work with you.  Credit card companies are very willing to help you just give them a call.

    Okay, listen. I've been a manager for Client Services for about 1 year now, and have worked here for 2 years. This company is not shady, does not use illegal practices, or any of this other crap people have been posting on this website.
    If you run up your credit cards and stop paying them, what do you think the result will be? Do you think nobody will ever call to try and get the money that you TOOK? Are you people that freakin' dumb to think credit card companies won't make an attempt to reach you either by their internal collectors or even a 3rd party collector.

    You all should spend more energy figuring how you will pay back the money that you've taken from the banks, and less time bitching and moaning about "these scumbag bill collectors" bothering you and causing an inconvenience in your [***] little lives.

    I hope you all are sued for the money. That's probably what will happen to most of you dumb-[***]. Wake up, grow up, and pay up you f'n losers.

    Uh, collector, do you REALLY know why the company you work for is profiled on the Bud Hibbs website??

    Are you one of the ones that follows 'your proper procedure' by yelling, cussing, and accusing people that don't have anything to do with the debts you are trying to collect??

    I see from your post that you have lumped everyone into one general category because in your eyes, they are all losers, and don't pay their bills at all.

    People with any brains don't seem to go for your asking for people that don't live at their residence, or haven't had ANYTHING to do with relations, friends, or TOTAL STRANGERS in months, or years.

    Maybe you should get a clue that trying to collect, in many cases, debts that cannot be collected because the statute of limitations has RUN OUT.

    Gee, it must be wonderful to live in your own little world, where people succumb to your wishful thinking that everyone you call will give up ALL of their personal information when you start to PHISH for information.

    Well, keep on Phishin' 'cause the can of worms you are opening up is called lawsuits. If you are listed on this site with 6 PAGES OF COMPLAINTS, maybe that should tell you something, HUH??

    I can tell from your two posts that you have certainly been trained to be the professional that you want to be, albeit you certainly need to stop throwing all those large rocks from the porch of your GLASS HOUSE!!

    Next time, and I'm sure you'll respond, try to be a professional as you are supposed to be. If you and the company you work for would be, people wouldn't be complaining through these posts, PLUS, now put on your reading glasses for this one-you wouldn't be listed on the Bud Hibbs website.

    The calls started about 1-2 weeks ago, this guy Mike Moon EXT 4817 is looking for my father in law, I keep telling him I have no info for him. He keeps telling me the correct address to reach him (father in law)I tell him he is right address but I have no phone # to give him. He tells me he wont call again but he still does everyother day or so. So my question is is there anyway to get them to stop calling ME!

    Client Services Inc. website is very easy to look at. A concerned parent can easily identify what it is our company does. By law, I can only identify the name of my company when asked for it.  Fraud or deception is certailly not what we do. Quite the contrary. Federal and state laws regarding disclosure prohibit us from answering purpose questions. I my company's business with your daughter was left unresolved because of my inability to communicate to her, she'll have you to thank for that for helping to conceal her location information. Perhaps I could have at least offered her what her options were in regard to her "personal" business matters.

    Seems to me you just proved that what everyone has said about the company you are employed with is accurate.  If you have questions about that, reference your last statement.  If after reading that you still have a question, why don't you reference the "[***] little lives" statement.  Seems to prove the point that everyone else has been trying to get across.

    Its one thing to deal with a company that is willing to work with you (you know situations do arise in people's lives, and people do make mistakes).  Its another matter entirely when the person calling is insulting, rude, and making threats.

    A Mr Lowoy Called me from 800-521-3236 looking for a person who is suppose to live next door to me, because he has been trying to reach her all week and just gets a busy signal, so he is very concerned about her and wants me to call her (and gives me her number) to tell her to call him at 800-521-3236 so he knows she is ok!
    I tell him i don't know who she is and he basically calls me a liar because his records show that her house number is right next to mine, i tell him i live on a corner and the numbers are not in order and again that i do not know this person, he then tells me he will be calling back if he does NOT hear from my Neighbor! That i do not even Know!!!!!

    I have been getting a call for a Johnny Pullin from a Jimmy Robinson with Client Services.  If I do not hang up in three seconds, it says that I am acknowledging that I am Johnny Pullin.   It suddenly appears as a missed call, so I didn't answer it, but it left a voice mail.  About five days later, the same guy is asking for Anna Pullin.

    I do not know a Anna Pullin nor a Johnny Pullin.

    Completed complaint form when I saw that a full copy of the complaint including all of my information would be given to Client Services.  Thanks but No Thanks!  These guys are calling and fishing for a fellow I worked with 5 years ago and want my information before they said they would stop calling.  I'm not giving this low life my information and almost made the mistake of giving it second hand.  Found off the MO gov web site.
