800-548-1116. I need help and don't know how to deal with the situation.

I want to cancel my membership to stop taken my money out of my checking

What do I do to stop getting charged on my account?  I am not using this and have been charged since Christmas when I was going to a Days Inn and had to cancel my reservation and they asked about this travelers advantage.  I do NOT want it now.   Should I call them?

You need to call your bank. Tell them what is going on, and they will refuse any further debits to them.

You know what you need to do? cancel your card and get a new one. This company is a [***] scam. They will deep charging you every month. Trust me or you will have money missing every month. Take this as a warning, And to who ever is behind all this [***] you need to drop dead or get a real [***] job like the rest of america. Im sure your the kind of skum our mothers warned us about. What do you have such a small [***] and low self confidence you have to rob people. Don't worry you will get cau8ght up to and when your in prison think about all the [***] up [***] you did while you are getting [***] in your ass. ouch....., sucks to be you. My mom has been being charged 16.99 since 2009!
She has never even heard of this company. She talked to the supervisor who said that they would only refund her for 4 months of charges, She is married to the city marshal and requested to speak to the manager. She told them she needed their address because she had the city marshal on their case and they agreeded to a full refund. If you have problems you need to tell them you have law enforcement involved and you want your money back!!!

They've pulled the same s**t with me.  Wife called and raised hell, got the money back.  THEN, 3 days LATER, they took it AGAIN, and I'm playing ring-around-the-rosie trying to get it back.

I saw thru the scam immediately;however I felt I needed to report these swineThey try to come off as Travel Advantage,then hook you for a $15.99 "membership fee" /month as soon as you provide a credit/debit card no.hummmmmmmmmmmmm,don't think so.

I cancelled their service 3 months ago, I still got charged $16.99, I was assured if i cancelled their service my account would not be charged , these guys are shaddy, rip off artist,

The only way to get this resolved is to get your credit card company involved.  Going to the company directly does not work

This has been happening for month now these are professionl scammers and we cant  stop these idiots and  are taking 13 dollars now. They are a bunch of bums that dont know how to get a real job.

How does this company get your information? I have never given out my routing number or my account number, but it's coming through as an ACH like they got my banking information. They did not call me. This just started happening two months ago. They take 29.92 out each month. My bank has no information for them so they can't give me information about why they are taking it out.

yes there are a scam i had to go to the bank and have them all call the company they were 3 different recurring charges 2 for 19.99 the other for 7.51 but they was taking the 19.99 every week like wtf  i hope they return the money in 7 days like they said cause law suit here i come.

cancel your credit or debit card and have a new one issued...this ends the problem.

my 92yr old relative has been ripped off of 271.64 by this fraudulent company she has now passed away and they are still charging her acct. for 16.99 2 x a month. this is criminal and i am angry as hell. i wish to share this crime with others who have been scammed as well !!!!!!!!

its easy to stop.. its called get a new card, because they ask for your card #. get a new card, the payments stop
