I just filed a complaint with the FTC. These people are harassing me constantly, what worse they are trying to contact someone else and try happen to have my number. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!

this company has called constantly tryin to collect a debt for sum1 that is not me and that i don't know.  So i decided to start callin them as much as they call me.  Be damned if i'm givin em the phone number they are callin me at... If they r too stupid to know who they are callin then they need to go out of business

Same as most of the complaints on this page,started out as automated voice message,then last call looking for a person we are no longer in contact with,very RUDE person on the other end,and this is my cell number they using.,.,.,

Called my cell phone 5 times. Telemarketer. Don't answer

Cannot be legit because they are calling my cell and I have NO outstanding medical because I haven't been to a hospital in over 4 years and that bill was paid in full between me and Blue Cross.  So, obviously it's nothing but phony.

We recieved a phone call on our home phone and at the time this 800-560-6169 came into my phone my husband was on the other line with his ailing father. When he clicked the button to answer the phone call he heard a loud beeping sound and no one was on the other end of the phone except that loud noise. He came to me and said listen to this...so we chose to hang it up and then everytime since then when we pick up the phone we still hear that beeping sound. It has bee 2 hours now and this company's phone has broken my home phone. I called my phone company from my cell and they said that the 800 number had somehow frozen my phone lines. They are going to have a repairman to try and fix the problem tomorrow.....What will we do if something happens to our ailing fathers. Our fathers being old, ailing, and alone is the only reason we have a home phone line. I researched this company a bit and found that all of the facilities that it collects for is no where that me or my family have ever been for medical care. I am really confused as to why they would be calling our number.

At least they leave you a message....I get blank voicemails...

harrassing calls, repetative. looking for someone i do not know.

they have called me up to 5 times a day and when i finally answered they said i owed a medical bill for about $600 and had to pay $125 a month and i told them that wasnt possibe and that i would pay $25 a month until febuary and then i would pay it off and they said no i couldnt do that and if i didnt have the money then i needed to find it somewhere from friends or family! I mean $125 a month is a lot to give to someone when i can hardly get by as it is. And they were really rude to me as well.

I got a call from Paragon Revenue Group. I called them back, I told them i paid it on line. I was told that I needed to pay more. I live on fixed income. I don't know why they think they are God cause there not. I do not get intimidated from bill collectors. All I could say was I will keep paying the same until it is paid. If they turn in to try and make my credit score go down then they will not get anymore money at all.

I been getting alot of calls from them, but no mail. I've answered a few calls, computer greeter. Press 1 if your the person, Press 2 if you need to place on hold to relocate that person, Press 3 to relay a message to that person, Press 4 if your not that person and talk to a rep, Or hold until a rep is free. This is an important business matter, please stay on the line. 1-min goes by and the computer repeats the message, 2-mins goes by and the computer repeats the message, 3-mins goes by and the computer repeats the message, 4-mins goes by and the computer repeats the message, 5-mins I hang-up. A total of 6mins of air time is wasted.

Sure I been to the hospital and I told their billing department to address this visit to WC. But I take it that they don't know what WC stands for. I never received a hospital bill for that visit. So screw 'em.

You  have reports of the same harrassing calls.. The person or persons you called do not reside  here. Stop the harassing calls to unkown people. Please put us on the do not call list permanently.

This group calls  almost daily for debt collection of someone who does not live here  Bill Collecter- Paragon Revenue Group 888-993-7676 and leaves this comes up on caller id  800-560-6169.

these people are relentless. I got a Google voice number for several years and now all of a sudden this weirdo company keeps calling and demands to speak with someone I do not know. Told them that but they call at least 2 times a day leaving voicemails. Getting real tired of it

These ppl continue to call my cell phone and will not stop calling at all. I have not gotten a chance to talk with them yet. They call everyday

I have been receiving calls from 800-560-6169 for approximately 2 weeks.  I am not the person they are asking for - so I follow the instructions and call back to have my numbe removed - they have called 4 times today, I finally got a live person on the phone while ago, at 5:35 pm 2/28/13 - and was told by the man at Paragon that he had talked to me two weeks ago about my husbands debt.  I told him that my husband died a good while back, and I could tell him where to find the obituary in the newspaper - I am a nurse - I carry my phone with me, I never have loaned it out while working in the hospice unit - what will it take to stop these crazy people.

I don't even know where to send a cease and desist letter, although I just found a form letter to use and called the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint and now have a complaint number of the message I submitted to them.

What else would it take to stop them? - I am thinking of just giving up my phone number of 12 yrs, and getting one of those phones you load each month.
