These people call me number all day.  I have told them that I am not who they are looking for.  They are super nasty in return.  I am sitting here looking at the number of times they called but they claim that they haven't called me.  This world is full of idiots.  Caller ID and phone logs don't lie.  If you are receiving calls from them, report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

anybody know if these people are real or just scammers they call me every day and today i finally answered and told the guy i couldn't pay the bill because i have no job and he has the nerve to ask me how i am surviving i told him it wasn't his damn business...im not gonna send money to people that im not even sure are the real deal

I just got a call from an Alex Montrose from that number. He knew my name and date of birth. When I asked why he was calling me he said he couldn't verify that information. Therefor, I replied by saying I won't be answering any further questions if he cannot tell me why. Then he hung up.!! I have no idea how he knew my name or why he was calling me.!!

They continue to call my cell phone, which I do not answer, but leave no messages. I finally answered one of their calls, and pressed "4" to talk to an agent. The agent would not tell me what this was in reference to, but kept trying to ask questions about when I was born, etc., which I refused to answer. The caller identified herself as Alisha,

This 1-800-560-6169 number keeps calling me. I didn't answer the first time, because I figured it was a telemarketer. They left a voicemail stating they are looking for a Chrissy/Christy Myers (mssg not very clear). Then, they say to call 1-800-560-7994 if you are NOT that person. To state who the mssg was for, the # that was called, the date and time it was called, that they would remove your number from their records. They have called 4-5 times in the last 5-6 days. I've called 3-4 times to let them know that I'm NOT Chrissy/Christy Myers and that I've never heard of them. Yet they keep calling and keep calling. This is so annoying! I have no clue who Chrissy/Christy Myers is. It would be awesome if these people would actually do what they claim and update their records!

If they do not have your consent to call your cell phone, you can take them to court and sue them under the TCPA for up to $1,500 per violation.

Gotten 3 calls in past 2 days from this number. First time answered but no live person so I hung up.

Same problem. Caller refuses to identify itself other than "Paragon." When I question if it's a collection call, the person either insists on talking to "Joseph," who doesn't live here or s/he hangs up. We don't owe any medical bills, so I'm not sure why the company is calling or how it obtained my cell phone number.

I keep getting phone calls from these people the past year on and off . they want to know if i am Jose. i call back to tell them no i am not . they say they are  revnue services. I told them not to call me and i an Jose today and the woman was rude and hung up on me.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt  "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

they keep calling for a Brandon Bowlin I keep telling them that I don't know the personto please stop calling me they called again today and I told the lady that I was not Brandon Mullen and she was like you don't have to get rude and I said please do not call this number again and she hung up on me it's every day they call

This company is the RUDEST of any I've dealt with! I would not release information to them, so they would not tell me who they were & hung up on me each time. When I asked to speak to Management, they placed me on hold & never came back.
