Got a recording to please stay on the line for the next available caller.  They called my cell phone number, which uses up my minutes. I do not have credit cards and owe no one anything! I don't want them calling me again.

I keep getting calls from this number:  I have loaned my phone to co-workers - but will never again. These people (and they have called more than once), are about to drive me crazy - I finally got a plan with my phone company with unlimited minutes, because I was going over my limit and having to pay to be able to answer my own phone!

I have an ex husband (divorced since 1996), who died this past November - told these people where he was buried, and how long we had been divorced, still they call!!!

I would hate to have a job whoever this company is -- with - that all you do all day is harrass and worry people, do they work on commission?  If so, they are probably on food stamps, because surely they don't make enough to buy groceries!

Have always paid my bills on time -- usually pay 2 months ahead on most things -- very ethical person, I am!
this number that is calling, the one above -- is asking for someone else that I am supposed to be kin to?? I can't help all my kin pay their bills,l  I can pray for them, and be there for them if they need a shoulder to cry on, but I can't pay their bills, and I don;'t wish to know their business.

Is this not against the law, to discuss another persons business?  These calleres are asking questions which I am sure are against collection guidelines.  Does anyone have any idea who I can call, write, fax, e-mail, etc., to get this stopped.  Can I record them, if I tell them they are being recorded?

they tell me that this is an attempt to collect a debt, if I owed a debt I would pay it !!

I just got a new phone and number and two days after I got it I started getting calls from this number and another one like this. they call 3 or 4 times a day starting at 7:30 am.   I answered asking who is this and what do you want. they don't answer. they call and leave no messages and will not answer if you answer them, You can hear them moving around  but they don't respond. Just harassing everyday.

  I have been making payments to this company for 12months. Just out of wonder on my balance I called them today. They never informed me that I would have a remaining balance when I allowed them to take money from my checking acct. They refused to allow me to make payments to them. They said, they HAD to take it right from my checking acct. They also TOLD me what I HAD to pay every month. Not, what I could afford to pay every month. They also would not state their name when I called them. I had to ask for their name. I was taught when u answer a call to state your name! No matter where you work!
  Can anyone out there tell me if I was treated fairly? Can I sue the crap out of them?

They called and were very rude all I asked was what company they worked for and then they acted like it was my fault they were acting like they were if they were near here I would wait outside and start beating a++ I hope I got the point across to the supervisor to stop calling of not going to the BBB.

Keeps calling for a James Moss.  I don't know who James Moss is.  I tell them to stop calling but they keep calling.  Tonight's call, I told caller I will be waiting for him at his house tonight when he gets off of work.  Caller hung up.  ;)

Isn't it weird how much they call but nothing ever comes in the mail to confirm it? You would think that some paper trail would also follow.  When It all can be verified in writing and something to compare it to my insurance payments then we can talk

I am retired from the Army. I had to go to the hospital, I received a bill from the hospital for $$$ I told them my secondary insurance was from the military and to submit the balance. They said  they would, Never had a problem in the past with my military insurance. I never received a bill again. Now 3 months later I started getting calls from these people Paragon. I finally called I spoke to a gentleman, he was a jerk and very rude. I tried to explain to him about the bill being forward and they would pay, I told him I was going to call and get it resolved. He fired back and said you need to pay because the military insurance will take years to pay. What a jerk, my military insurance pays within the month or so. I was irritated with this guy. I called back and spoke to a young lady explained to her what was going on, she gave me an online link if I needed to make payments. I told her I was contacting Tricare and I also explained how rude the guy was. She apologized to me several times. Made comments in the notes I called and what I was going to do. She explained that since this bill was in collections that I will continue to  receive the automated calls and just ignore them. And call her back when I hear back from Tricare.
Other then the jerk I dealt with the lady was nice and apologetic, which you don't get that often, regardless if she was just trying to keep me calm it was a first from these folks who want money. I know that this has to be paid, the hospital is somewhat at fault for saying they were going to submit it and never did allowing this to go into collections. This is the only problem I have ever had. To all the others that posted, they are relentless and I am annoyed with the constant calls , average about 4 times a day to my home

The DO NOT CALL list is only for solicitors...these guys are a collection company, bottom feeders, but the list doesn't work for them. Just get a whistle like I said in an above post...

Automated caller at first; once live person comes on they pose as a insurance collection agency. The person will give out a multiple of numbers all leading to numbers you dial try to charge you $4.00 and up for calling.

Why are you threatening people in such an overt manner? You know it is all recorded, screenshots and all. You know I am not a threat. You also know that you keep harassing sysadmins/ex-Tor operators it just makes it back to the people who are the threat (people read posts). Hacking *TVs, leaving wide signatures on "social networks", letting the modded firmware be grabbed from a  *TV receiver, "those backdoors", "those" MITMs. Those are what you know I know. The threat I'm worried about is local corruption. You probably already know I'm fairly neutral (albeit normal on the national/international front). This tit-for-tat is stupid - and I know this will be deleted. So, 800notes guys. delete this.

well they called my house today, my husband answered the phone and they asked for the parents of my youngest son so my husband said he was being he is raising him and the guy proceeded to tell him that he needed to take care of the hospital bills my son had acquired and that he needed payment today. My husband told him that he needed to contact his biological father and the man started yelling at my husband telling him he wanted the money today and that we owed it and they wanted their "damn " money. then started questioning why my husband had said he was the father of my son and my husband told him im raising him, he is mine, i pay the bills here buy his clothes etc and the man said well give us our money then...what an [***], i will be calling and speaking tp a manager there today

You call asking to speak to Sabrina Gray.  She has been gone over a year on the streets addicted to drugs.  Please stop calling me, as I am disabled and do not wish to have anything to do with her.  Remove me from your call list or I will report you to the state.
