I don't know who this is. When I answer the phone I hear a bad connection so I hang up.

They called me more than 3 times before 8 am and after 9 pm within a week long period. I am filing paperwork tomorrow at small claims court for violations of the FDCPA for 4 counts 3 for the early morning calls (harrassment) and 1 for calling more than once on the same day (both times before 8am, also harrassment) See you in court you scum bags... hope you are glad to make your less than $500 off of me now...

I got a phone call from this company asking for my Dad. The phone number that they want him to call is 1-800-616-5473. When I questioned this person as to the nature of the call, he stated that it was personal business and needed to finish up some personal paperwork. I'm going to give the number to my Dad and it's up to him whether he wants to call or not, but I'm also going to give him the posts on this website that I printed out as well. If he does call, I want him to call me back and I'll provide another post. It's more than a little fishy that this phone number has this number of posts questioning it's validity. If more materializes from this, I will post more information as I get it.

LHR called my cell phone looking for my husband who does not live with me currently due to some legal trouble he is currently working his way through. I asked to assist them and they just said to give him a message. I wasnt off phone not 30 seconds till they called the number he used to use on the cell phone plan. They are rediculous. Normally these people call for him cause he has a popular hispanic name and he gets mistaken all the time but courts, cops, and creditors. I wish there was a cheap easy way to change his name. ahhh this is annoying..

i recived a call from patrick odell, he told me i owed a debt. i asked to validate the information, long story short he said he would have me arrested and thrown in jail. also he told me i was a scum and should pay my bills, i am going to my attorney and will be filing a lawsuit! very unprofessional.

Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.. Look it up!!! Send a cease and desist by certified mail return receipt requested and send them a letter and keep copies of everything.. Then you can sue the losers 5K min. Attorneys will take case for 33%

They scream at you when you tell them you have no idea who they are calling for

I had the same problem.  The BBB has a whole PAGE on this company, which says at the bottom that they were FINED last year  ( see  http://www.bbb.org/upstate-new-york/business- ... rg-ny-25000232/   )   - and gave this broad's EMAIL address,  So I sent her a nasty email, and told her I would be contacting the Attorney General's office too, if they didn't stop calling me.   She sent me an answer back within an HOUR - telling me they won't be calling again.   Send her and email, too - can't hurt.

i got a calling saying i hadnt paid an old cell phone bill when i paid it off as soon as contract was over now after two years am getting a call from this number saying I tried to pay with a check when i never used them before and guy got pretty rude when i said i wasnt paying on something i paid off years ago

Calls and hangups?

Got a call this morning from "LHR" asking me about a neighbor.  They said they'd tried to contact him but his phone wasn't working.  Did I know of anything that was going on "over there."  I said I didn't know why they were calling nor who they were, so I couldn't help them.  They were persistent and said they were trying to help my neighbor (yeh, right). Looked up LHR and they come up as a collection agency - saying they were a nice, kind collection agency.  Their tactic this morning makes me think they are just sneaky and underhanded.

Received a phone call at work from a Rich Tomaka.  He stated I owed money on a Legacy Visa from 2007 and was very nasty.  I told him my lawyer would be contacting him.  He asked me how did I find money for a lawyer when I haven't paid a bill since 2007 that I was not aware of.  I just hung up on him.

They are so stupid they asked for Antonio that owed on a credit card they didn't verified the last name or anything and I got all all information for Antonio that it wasn't me social # all addresses work places etc. Now that's why there's lots of identity theft LHR they have to make sure they are talking to the right person they were looking for Antonio Loza wrong last name they never asked me for my last name until I told them are you sure you got the right person then he asked after I got all info. Careful with these scumbags.

well being i get tired of solicitors callling me about debt repair or some old medical bill I currently have no job and these people expect me to pay them which at the moment i cant and dont have any plans to pay them what i dont have they are all the same dont care if you dont have a job no income i currently have applied for several jobs in the last yr and still no one will hire me and they  keep calling 3 times a week i have just turned off my phone and stopped taking calls

I would like to first say that I had a job and was paying my bills and had someone send someone to kill me at my work i had to leave a job i worked at for over 20 yrs and nobody not even the credit card companys cared about me or my problems just that i give them money (what money No JOB) as far as going to work at Wal-Mart those people won't give you the time of day in person to talk to unless you pass there Test which is a bunch of bull (I failed it) if it wasn't for my family (which is on a fixed income) i would be on the street with no where to live. I have applied for many a job and got the same bull no we are not hiring and leave us your number will get back with you. (liars) I been out of work for awhile over a yr and not made much sucess at finding a good paying job, If i had a job i would pay my bills but i don't so what am i to do?

When they talk smak to you and Threaten you get there name and address where they are from and call the police in that city, state and have them Arrested for Threatening you, if you have them on Record then press Charges with a Prosecuting Attourney from there and make them sit a few months in JAIL for it Threating People they should be held Accountable for there actions.
