These people call me every hour, every day of the week. I added them to my contacts in my smartphone then set the contact to go directly to voice mail. Done.

HSBC debt collection. These people have balls. They launder illegal drug money and then they expect me to pay them any $. HSBC are terrorists and any money given to them supports terrorism. The US govt has fined them 1.9 billion for their illegal deeds and if you pay them you are helping pay the fine.

Crooks that lend you money on their [***] credit card with your [***] credit you signed up for with your social security number. Doesn't mean you don't owe them money because you don't agree with them morally, still a legal business agreement

A bit more than morality involved here. HSBC was in business with drug dealers. That is illegal and not up for a morality test. They said they were sorry as if that is enough. I am sorry I can't pay back my debt. That should suffice.

It bothers me not owing crooks like this money. I have no legal obligation to pay a bill to an illegal drug business.  HSBC was in with the Mexican drug gangs who killed 60,000 people this year. As far as I am concerned HSBC is nothing but a company filled with murderers and I will never send them a penny to further their killing as that would be a sin.

I don't believe I said anything about owing them money.  My credit score is fantastic, thanks for your concern.

What I especially think is funny is that I am now on SSI/SSD and they can't touch that money no matter what kind of court order. So HSBC will not only not get paid by me they will further waste money trying to obtain money from me that in no way can they get.  Keep sending letters. Keep calling. Send attorneys to represent you in court. The bottom line is I have very little money and that money is social security and can't be touched.

It is HSBC, after what they just did, Laundering money. Let them go down............................

I pay my bill so stop calling

I receive calls from them several times a day. If I hang up they call right back until I answer. Then when I answer they hang up.

They are on the FTC's list of spam callers,  The FTC knows about them but are having a hard time closing them down.  This is a Scam.    I recieve calls every hour on the hour.  Finally had to  but my phone on DNS, and only allow 10 callers through, just family.  but I pay for service and cannot use my phone fully.   Verizon will not block 1 800 numbers, must be getting some kind of kick back.  I also reported them to the Do not call list many, many times.

More than morality for them. As previously pointed out, you entered into a business agreement with them when you accepted and used their card. Looks like you're just looking for a excuse to not pay your debt which makes you almost slimy as they. Besides that: HSBC sold their credit cards to Capitol One so you don't owe HSBC anymore, you owe Cap One. Stop making excuses.

I have received a call every hour on the hour since this morning from this company   They will not leave a message,  If they would just leave a message because I don't answer calls that does not have any identification on my phone.  If I don't know who you are I don't  answer. Please leave a message and I will call you back.  But they don't leave a message.
