- DisgustedA man from this company called and said he was looking for my next door neighbor, identifying my neighbor's name and address. He said he was "trying to get in touch with him on an urgent matter" and "his records weren't up-to-date". Thankfully I was screening phone calls and took a moment to wonder, "If you have my neighbor's address, but not answering your phone calls, he probably doesn't want to talk to you."
- Ryan FoleyI've been receiving unwanted calls from this number, as well as others. They seem to be from collection companies. I can only guess that whoever had the phone number before me owes money. I would like the calls to stop, please.

- JackI got a call from "Jackson" from this "Creditor's Interchange." Unfortunately for their scam, they were asking for Beverly. Oops! I'm not a moron, and I blocked this number, NEVER give ANY information to anyone that is not verified or someone you do not know!

- sadiHave received multiple calls from number, 800-724-1107 (appeared on my caller ID). One time, the caller left a message for an individual that did not reside at my address. I called back to advise they had the incorrect number but, since I reached a voice greeting only, I did not leave a message. It appeared to be a collection agency and they continue to call but do not leave a message. Please make these calls STOP>>>

- RinaJust got a call from this number. I am having financial trouble, so I thought it was legit until he said he was calling about my Walmart account. I don't have a Walmart account. When I told him that, he hung up on me. How do I go about reporting them?

- VolanteCreditors Interchange was apparently sold my graduate school debt, which was supposed to be in deferrment until June of next year (I have this all in writing). When I called back with the reference # I spoke to some little man named Chris who was extremely rude and obnoxious, and REFUSED to send me anything in writing. I asked to be transferred to his manager, who was somewhat more professional. I tried calling my bank about this error and they were just as rude if not even worse. I am planning to take legal action about this matter, for I am not comfortable paying a debt-collection agency with such a horrible reputation. I'm not a scofflaw, I just want to go back to making payments to the bank rather than these financial vampires.

- Annoyed| 1 replyIt is a collection agency looking for someone who does not and has not lived here. I have no idea who the person is...the same last name and first initial does not give them the right to call. The annoying part is that the recorded voice says if you are not ***** ******* please disconnect the call now.

- andrewI don't know what to do about this company they call asking for someone by the name of "Paul Lowe". My name is Andrew and I have never had any accounts with Verizon not even one. The number 800-724-1107 was on my cell phone three (3) times just today. They leave a message saying if this is not Paul Lowe then hang up. Why can't they get in their heads its not Paul Lowe? UGH!!

- WendyThis number has called me each morning this week. I don't own a credit card or have any outstanding debt. I've paid for everything from schooling to cars with cash. I have put myself on the Do Not Call list 3 times this month, but apparently that is worthless.
- CazzarReceived a call from 800 724 1107. Left a garbled message looking for Melissa someone or other. Asked to call back on 866 901 8724. Something about needing to be in touch about an urgent matter!!
Thanks for all the information so far.- Call type: Debt collector
- AngelinoCall from woman from Creditors' Interchange (?). Wanted to verrify my Chase Account. Wanted to know my billing address. I said NO. Wanted to know something else but I said NO again. So she said since I wouldn't give her information to verify the account she "could not continue with this phone call." It sound more like a "phishing" expedition to me.

- Jack replies to Lukas| 3 repliesIt's a scam to get your personal information.
- Steph25| 2 repliesMy husband and I went through a rough patch with money the last 3-4 years due to my medical problems and him getting laid off work. Anyways, I've been getting calls from this same number 1-800-724-1107 and they leave their name, ext, and ref#, none of which I can be fully understood on my cell voicemail. My husband and I just filed for bankruptcy last week and I'm just waiting for this guy to call again so I can tell him if he makes any further contact with me that I will have my attorney sue him and I won't hesistate to do so. Another collection company Midland Funding garnished our bank account and here's the kicker, they'll have to return the money they took to the trustee's and I can't tell you how much I would like to be a fly on the wall when the trustee tells midland funding this!

- captain love muscle replies to Jack| 2 repliesu have no idea what you are talking about.... if a collection company is calling you then they already have your ss#, address, list of relatives, and they have a copy of your credit report in fromt of you... THIS IS WHY THE ECONOMY IS AS BAD AS IT IS.... BECAUSE SCUM BAGS LIKE YOU DONT PAY THEIR BILLS....DONT BORROW MONEY OR MAX OUT YOUR CREDIT CARDS IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY THEM BACK...SCUM
