States that it is sears. When I told her I didn't have a sears card she hung up

Deadbeats Terry & Diane have had every collection agency, credit card company, bank, etc looking for payments that they have not made on their many accounts. They have not had this phone number for 4 years, but they calls keep coming. I did a little research and found out where he works (those collection agencies are lazy), and now give his work number out when they call. This is Citi Bank Sears calling and they are too lazy to do some actual investigating looking for these deadbeats.

This is Sears/Citybank collections.   I was suspicious of the call I received at 8am Sunday morning so I hung up and did some research.   I looked on the Sears credit card website and this number is listed.

After talking to my dad and finding out they had the wrong address to send the bill, still haven't received it.   But they still feel the need to call.

This recording will not give up.  When I called them back and they asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN and I refused they replied have a nice day and hung up on me.

they call and i have asked them to quit. they do not even want me!

Number called three times, answered two times ,8:26am , 10:37am Sunday. Call at 1:22pm finally someone talked to me. What time zone do they call from?  8:26 am ct is awful early on Sunday - Saturday...

I have had calls from this number but don't have a problem w/cc account so I presume it is a scammer.  Last call was on my Sunday and I don't appreciate that !!  Also, as another person said, they left no message ... that's a red flag for me too !!!

They keep calling my fax machine.  4 times in 30 days.  What kind of DUMM ASSED place don't know what a fax machine tone is and send a fax asking you to contact them?

multiple calls left on answering machine.. ..."this call is important  and is not a sales call.  blah nblah blah..  
they asked for no name.... (1 st sign) ........ asked for phone number re citibank sears account ..(neither of us have one)  then  they  gave a first name of person they were looking for  regarding   citibank sears account  . then could not discuss .unless it was them  ... so when the  person they were looking for came in to get his message,..Papa Bear was upset . I dont have a sears account and did not buy anything there.  called ,  blah blah blah,  (Call it ..Yah Right  SCAMMMMMM
 ...."busy right now your call will be routed to next agent. afer pushing 1 for English   2 for whatever..4 digits of account number? ....... (2nd sign)...Stating to them I have no Sears acccount they hung up,...X3  ,  now PAPA BEAR  called Citibank...no threat no activity.  .................... sounds fishy //.dont bother...thought i would share    ask for their name first...I am sure no name will be given ..  just silence ,as they will hang up on you...

asked for supervisor they hang up ...one time Ruby or Rudy was given

My friend called back from a voip number that was anonymous. It is a scam, he called and the first time he was hung up on,  called again and the guy said he  couldn't hear him and hung up

Legit call from Sears credit card services.  Late on my bill and unlike the apparent criminals on this forum I'll be paying what I owe. I like a good credit score and no constant harassment from bill collectors.

I have been receiving 4-5 calls from this number daily.  They are looking for someone named Eduardo.  They are unprofessional.  I explain they have a wrong number yet they continue to call.  I left up the phone and wait.  Annoying!

Whoever this caller is (I assume a scam artist) just called me at 7:15am on this fine sunday morning. They of course hung up on my when I answered. This number is now blocked from calling me again. I have to ask though, why would ANYONE even be making phone calls at 7:15am on a sunday morning unless maybe their house was on fire?

Calls five/six times a day. Although I have blocked the number b/c we do not have an account with Citi Bank nor Sears I got sick of them calling (blocked calls ring once). Called and told them I have no account with either. Gave them my number and SUPPOSEDLY they removed it. Yeah, we'll see... I have little faith.
