It's a legitimate company, dumb dumb.

Express Scripts is an insurance company providing drug coverage in conjunction with several corporate health insurance plans.  It's an automated call regarding the status of one of your prescriptions.

This number is legit.  It is Express Scripts and/or Accredo Specialty which is part of Express Scripts when it comes to a prescription for certain 'specialty' medications.  My husband's orthopedic doctor wanted to give him gel shots of Orthovisz.  Unfortunately that is considered a 'specialty' medication as of January 1st 2015.  It is not the kind of medication that we can just pick up at our local CVS or Walgreen's pharmacy.  This medication needed to be shipped to either our home or to the doctor's office directly.  There would be and is a co pay on our end for this medication.  Nobody at Accredo ever asked me for our credit card information or bank information.  They were always very friendly and polite to me on the phone during the scheduling of the delivery of this medication to our home.

I live in New Jersey.  The original call from Accredo came from Boston.  The package actually was shipped from New Castle, Delaware and the phone call that I received today asking if I had received the package 2 days ago was from Ohio.

Once again.... nobody ever asked me for bank information or CC information.  I found this company to be very friendly, informative and helpful.

I had dealt with Express Scripts a few months ago also.  When they first call you it is a recorded message asking if this is so and so.  I always say yes even though the call was for either my husband or my son.  Once you say Yes that it is the person they are calling for then a live Rep comes onto the phone.  Then the live Rep asks if they are speaking to so and so and I tell them either "this is his wife" or  "this is his mother".  All they ask me for is my first name.  Is this in violation of something?  I'm not sure.... but we didn't have any problems with handling the calls this way.

The medication the Dermatologist prescribed for my son needed a 'clinical'.  What that meant was that either the doctor or a representative from the doctor's office needed to answer a few questions and provide a 'reason' why my son needed to be on this specific medication.

I originally took the paper prescription to Walgreens.  Walgreens advised me of the need for a 'clinical' and in turn faxed the information to the doctor's office.  The doctor's office dragged it's feet for over a week.  Finally Express Scripts called me to give me the Case Number.  Yes a 'case number' was assigned to my son for this specific medication.

Express Scripts was so nice to me that they even put me on hold while they phoned the doctor's office for the clinical.  Once again this was because the doctor's office was taking their sweet time NOT responding to the fax that Walgreens sent them THREE times!

In the end..... the clinical was done.  My son's 'case' was approved and Walgreens was given the green light to fill the prescription.  And this particular prescription had 6 refills on it too.  That's very unusual for a dermatology prescription.

All I can say is Yes there are tons and tons of scammers out there.  But if you have Express Scripts and the possibility exists that you have a prescription out there to be filled .... Express Scripts might be calling you directly.  BUT NEVER GIVE OUT ANY BANK INFO!!!

Called my cell phone.   I did not order any prescriptions.  They said the prescription expired on  11-8-2016.  They then went on to say Ms. Molly Carter.-------That is not me.  This was possibly a legit. call for this person.    ALL THESE CO's and SCAMMERS calling-----I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.

It belongs to Express Scripts. If your health insurance utilizes them, they may reach out to you to let you know they have approved a perscription, or if they have a question. I don't believe they soliciate, therefore are not subject to the do not call list.

It's Express Scripts. Our insurance requires we use them for medications taken on a daily basis. We cannot opt out and use our local pharmacy

Called a cell phone I NEVER answer and keep for emergency outgoing calls only. NO ONE has the number so it was either a scammer or they called a wrong number but it called three times in 2 hours which I only know as it showed up in call log. No Voice mail on that phone.

They dialed my house 3 times and reached an answering machine that says a different name every time.  What kind of education do these people have?  They even tried different phone numbers.  Obviously raised in toilets!!!

Went to the doctor on Sunday and she prescribed 2 medications.  Pharmacy only filled one saying they had to check with the doctor on the other one.  Just received a call from 800-753-2851, it came up as Mail Pharmacy.  Didn't answer as that's not my pharmacy's name.  They left a message saying that my prescription was filled.  I never had a call from anyone but the pharmacy itself saying my prescription was ready for pickup so I called the pharmacy to see if that 2nd prescription was filled and they said yes, it was approved.  Like I said, caller ID said Mail Pharmacy and I have Express Scripts so different companies might use the same service and just come up under different names at times.

I imagine you or Doctor ordered medication from this company.  If you have med insurance through Anthem BCBS this is the Mail Order Pharmacy that fills scripts for Anthem, especially if that medication needs Prior Authorization.

This is Express Scripts, formerly Medco. It was a legitimate call. Express Scripts provides my mail-order meds. The call type is set to "Unknown" on this comment only because the call type field contains no choice appropriate for a valid call.
