Express Scripts calling about a prescription refill.  Legitimate.

800-753-2851 is the number used by Express Scripts to call you to inform you (their customer) of important information regarding a recent prescription request. They are not trying to sell you anything, but inform you that they have taken certain actions, such as approving the doctor's prescription for higher-than-normal amounts, etc.

This was Express Scripts verifying that a prescription ordered on my behalf was either filled or not filled per the ordering doctor's request.

NOT spam, they called me to verify my medication coverage express script is my prescription insurance.

Do you often look up known phone numbers? Knowing your call was "NOT spam" does others no good since scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers all the time.

So, Express Scripts is your insurance company and they called you to verify your insurance?  Now what possible reason would they need to do that?  You should stop telling lies.  Especially the really bad lies that even a 4 year old could see through.

Authorization approved

Automated call from Express Scripts (through Medicare) stating my medication/prescription had been approved by them and would be good for one year. Didn’t answer-they left a message.

Same with me. I’m waiting on pre-authorization for a prescription. They didn’t leave a message either.

They keep calling asking for a Edwin, which I do not know a Edwin. When I asked to have my number removed, they stated they can not look up the phone number or remove it. They stated I could just block the number, but they keep calling from other numbers that are not blocked.

letting us know about an approval of an additional quantity of Rx.  We have not ordered and additional Rx and have not called a doctor requesting such.

I am getting phone calls from someone claiming to be from Express Scripts and requesting a return call to provide information so they can send my order. I do NOT have an outstanding order with Express Scripts. They left a call back number which is listed as a robocall scam.  Of course I will not be returning their call...

They did not leave a message. I called them back and could not get a live person, so I hung up.

I filled a one time bottle of eye drops and today they call and leave a recording to call them, Express Scripts. They should not be calling about a one and done med. I can see if reoccurring, but this is ridiculous. It’s every time I fill anything. I am not on any reoccurring medications for me to take advantage of this benefit via mail order. This is  harassment.
