- Janine replies to MUMThe number is from my Medicare prescription plan about a preauthorization. My doctor took care of it. But, the caller should have left a message of some sort.

- LDoeThis number called & left no message, Feb 14, 2019. I’ve received calls from Medco before (since everyone else is mentioning them) about a Rx that was filled & they need me to call back with info. I did once & they wanted to confirm info. I got the distinct impression that they were a scam, though. It was very weird. And now, I don’t even have Medco as drug insurance, haven’t for some time, so they should have no reason to call me anymore. So that fuels my suspicion that this is a scam.
My mother’s & my own medical info may have been compromised from a security breach at 2 hospitals (which we’ve been notified about both over a year ago and just this year too. And that further makes me suspicious of this number.
If this really is Medco, they need to stop acting like a telemarketer. It’s creepy af. And if they leave a message, they should be able to leave all the info & not want us to confirm [***] when/if we call back.
This number just does not act like it’s legitimate.- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Linda LarsonI received a call that I did not pick up. Next, I received a message from Express Scripts/ Medco that my prescriptions were refilled. It's definitely from them.

- bEA replies to mmixMy husband was given a new med by urology. We have been using our local pharmacy for 0ver 8 years now. How the hell this MEDCO people get our info if we are NOT or WANT to use them? They have his name and phone number? THAT is a privacy breach in my book. I did not authorize or wanted anyone to have my info except my doctor or pharmacy.
- JCThis is Express Scripts for my pharmacy insurance. Valid call.
