Got a call from this number, they hung up when I answered.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. Caller said he was Comcast doing a customer satisfaction survey.  Told him I was on the do not call registry and to never call back again.  This is the second call like this from Comcast to my cell phone.  Made me mad enough that I filed a complaint at the do not call web site.

Received a call from 800-813-6128 did not pick it up as I didn't recognize the number and they left no message. Googled it & saw all these comments. I recently transferred my Comcast account so it could be from that. I called the number and asked the Spanish speaking person to remove my number, could not understand what she was saying as her accent was so thick.

I am not and have never been a customer of Comcast yet my cell phone is continually assualted with thier "courtesy calls". It seems the previous owner of my cell number forgot to pay thier bill and now Comcast feels obligated to call 3 to 5 times per day and make sure things are OK! Ugh!

As with other posts here - often nobody on line when answering, will not remove number although requested to do so on numerous occasions, will not accept fact that I am NOT A COMCAST victim, er, customer.

Just got my 4th or 5th call within.. a week. I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. This time a happen to be at work and googled the number... guess what.. I have comcast too. Not looking forward to what you guys are going/have gone thru... :(
No answer - No message.. not positive it's this, but looks strangley familiar.

Word of caution to anyone apartment shopping:  if they don't allow satellites and Comcast is the only cable provider, FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT.  My choice for the past three years has either been Comcast or no TV.  Worst three years of my life.

Comcast for sure.  They called me last week and I told them to call back after 5 PM.  They called back a week later during the day.  I didn't answer and then compared it to the last time they called.  They also didn't leave a voicemail

Just like everyone else, I got a couple of the calls where they dont respond when you keep saying "hello" - I called back a couple of times and by the first bell each time someone answered.  They kept on say "Hello,,,,, Hello,,,,,Hello,,,,,,"  Unforutnately I was not able to respond to them.  I dont want to keep doing this from my line - a little too obvious.  I hope that they will get the point eventually!

Have been called at home by this phone on Friday, 9/12 & Saturday, 9/13. When I answer no one is on the line!  Very frustrating.  I did call the # back and it's saying it is Comcast!

Could care less of Comcast's ongoing problems ... knew caller wasn't from US because ... "HOW'S COMCMAST DOING?"

After the 3rd call w/no one speaking after I answered, I called the number back.  It belongs to Survicon, a National Survey company, calling on behalf of Comcast.  I did get to a live body and asked to have my number removed from their list.  Don't know if it will happen though..

They are calling both of my numbers and I am registered with the Florida Do Not Call listing by the State.

They called me, I answered, no one spoke I hung up.  Googled the number and found this page of other people harrassed by this number.

If you call this number after "normal" biz hours, you will get a recording that it is a COMCAST office. Maybe we should all do a PHONECALL BOMB and see how they like it!
Phonecall Bombing is when 100's and 1000's of people all call the number at the same time of day, and it will cause their phone systems to overload and hopefully, cause them business interruption.

Called, nobody there, the line went dead after 10 seconds.

This number called my cell phone.  When I answered, there was no one there.  I wondered if it was something important, as I'd recently been on the phone with another 800 number about health insurance payments, so I Googled the number and found this helpful page.  We do have Comcast so I suspect that's what it is.  Thanks, I won't worry about it now.

I know what is up with that? As soon as you answer they laugh and hang up.

Since past 3-4 weeks I am getting calls from this number at least every alternate day and some time 2 times on same day. Once I have answered the call but no one responded after that I am just ignoring it.
