These guys are down right HARASSING me.
I never asked for the survey, in fact comcast asks if you want to be surveyed and I said no and did not push *1.
6 weeks later I am getting a phone call a day from these guys, at least.
I asked them nicely to stop calling me the first couple, then demanded they stop harassing me.
My call is also on the federal no call list.
I finally called comcast today and cancelled my subscricption and let serveral managers know about the harassment servo comm is giving.

If others are getting any kind of harassment from these guys, please let it be known, I am considering a class action lawsuit against them, enough is enough.

Person named "Tony" said they were from Servicom, a research firm acting on the behaf of Comcast.

Tony said they were asking about last call with Comcast and what the experience was.

I had not made any calls to Comcast in the last year.  Suspecting a fraudulant call, I just interviewed the person on the other end of the line, asking why they were calling and what kind of business they wre in, which is where I got the above info.

I saw this on my caller id and called the number.  They said they are ServCom.  I have no idea who that is, but not an entity I've ever done business with.

You can just call 1-800-COMCAST and have them remove your number from their call list.  It's irritating when you already have service with Comcast but they insist on bothering you three or four times a week trying to sell to you what you already have.  GRRRR!!!

You've got to be kidding me!  Comcast has people at Comcast that call for the follow-up survey.  I would know--they ALWAYS call back within an hour or two of a home service call or service call on the phone.  This is just non-sense.  They keep calling about the digital change over and about how everyone has to get digital boxes---which I already got FROM COMCAST.  They need to get it together.  I got two boxes almost a month ago and am still receiving 3 calls per week minimum "informing" me that I need to get boxes to watch cable.  Ugh...  Enough is enough.  This definitely is harrassment.

You really think they gave your number to a foreign government? You think that call center is a foreign government agency? Not more likely just a foreign company? I hate this stuff as much as anyone, but that is just being paranoid.

Yes, Mexicans speak a different dialect of Spanish.  Just like English-english is slightly different than American-english and Aussie-english and South African-english, etc.  

It is Comcast we have a problem with, not necessarily the those that are posting.

Also received call from Comcast.  There are few companies which I truely hate and Comcast is the top one.  They find more ways to cheat you, charge you and make having tv cable expensive and of litte value,  they hide packages and unless you threaten to terminate service then they will try to work with you.

DO not call my number. It is listed on the "DO NOT CALL" list.

If you do business with a company they can call you, even if you are on the do not call registry, unfortunately. Do not call registry is getting to be more and more of a joke with more and more loopholes and if you try to file a complaint it is more of a hassle than it's worth and rarely is any action ever taken. Get a phone service with caller ID....if you don't know the number ignore it; if it's really important they'll leave a message.

There are differences in Spanish language dialects.  Mexican Spanish is very different from Spain Spanish and even Cuban or Columbian Spanish.  Yes there is Redneck English found mainly on the Nascar circuit, Queens English, found in England and American English found in the United States. Learn something new, ignorant and stupid Gigi.
