Survey...Comcast...feedback...for a previous job or customer support that was given.

We all must be a Comcast users. Google any suspicious number before you pick it up!

Keep calling, not leaving voicemail... very annoying

TO MS. DOSS - Don't be so ignorant as to say Mexican Spanish. It's either Spanish or Castilian Spanish there no such thing as Mexican Spanish. Learn some culture and diversity, dummy!

The phone number is from Comcast for a survey and this particular call center is based out of Canada. There are a lot of call centers that are based off shore (India, Canada, Virgin Islands, and Phillipines) and it's scary that these call centers have our numbers and possibly some personal information.

This number would not stop calling me.

Definitely a marketing research company for Comcast.  I called back, waited for 20 seconds, connected to a very friendly rep and said she would put my number on the do not call list as uninterested as participating.  She said it may take up to 24 hours, but said I should not receive another call after that.  See how it holds up.

Geez..  5 pages of b.s. just to say its Comcast calling.. WOW!  Its an epidemic of stupidity.. HaHaHa

I just quit Comcast in complete dissatisfaction with their customer service.  The timing of this call suggests that it is indeed a Comcast customer satisfaction survey.  (Too late.)  Don't answer it.

What I really hate when this happens, is that they (the caller) has no facility to remove the number [as it probably is on a CD of suckers], and most are not really willing to do a thing to remove your number from their database.  If they want to waste your time, why should you not waste their time?

If it's Comcast it's ok........the other night a very nice representative from Comcast helped me hook up the Digital box over the phone for cable in my bedroom. I said "yes" I wanted to take their survey.....I want to give the guy a good report. Think I won't block this #. We need all the help we can get nowadays and he deserves to be recognized. He was very patient with me.

Yep it's Comcast, since I switched to Direct TV (Best decision ever BTW)  they have called several times...

I'm learning several foreign languages so I can understand what unwanted callers are asking me! :-)

Received call.  No message was left.  Do not know who called or why.  I almost never receive 800 number calls to my cell phone.

TGI caller ID. I never answer an 800 or unknow, unlisted phone number call. Its the only way to go. TUTU

called the number back and someone answered (!).  it is indeed comcast - a survey company that works for comcast.
asked her to remove my name from the "survey" list and she said she would do so.  we'll see.

please don't call me any more ,Thank You .

It would make sense as much of Comcast's internet tech support is based out of Canada.

Received one today from this number.  When I called back I got a recording that said "all agents are busy and your call would be answered in the order received."  Didn't feel like waiting and wasting cell phone minutes.

Received a call from this number and I am a day sleeper and it is VERY annoying

Call comcast and tell them you need to update your account. Then just give them a phone number you no longer have.
