It's Comcast and the reason they are calling is because you agreed to take a survey when they asked by pressing "1" during one of your phone calls to them.  Don't act like they are harassing you because you mindlessly pressed a button to get the automated message to shut up.

No I would never agree to take a survey. Companies pay me to submit them and I would tell Comcrap aka Xfinity the same. If they really want to improve their customer service, they need to stop playing the money and equipment money games and offer the customers an honest deal. Fer  crying out loud, I would pay a fair price for that. They're *almost* there, but  should look to the USAA business model for some clues.

@Gigi just so you'd know, mexican spanish IS different than Spaniard Spanish, i.e., they are different dialects of Spanish.

I keep receiving calls from this number which I never answer and they never leave a message.  What happened to the purported effectiveness of the "no-call" list?  I want these people to STOP calling me!

Actually that's funny! Most Canadians are more American than most Americans. As funny as that sounds.

Quite sure this is Portfolio Recovery.  I received a call from this number sandwiched between two calls that WERE Portfolio Recovery.  I have received many calls from Port. Rec.that are caller ID'd with large corporate names.  Are they actually using corporate numbers?  I have Comcast but no reason they would call and sure they would leave a message if truely Comcast.

Block using a app. Resolves the problem everything. Anyone who calls that I block gets some off the wall Japanese sounding voice mail.

They called several times and left messages stating they are calling on behalf of comcast, and they are conducting a survey. After four days of two to three calls a day I finally answered and explained that I no longer have comcast service, and got "this is why we're calling you." I explained that I was done with comcast, and no longer wish to participate in anything comcast related. Hasn't stopped them from continuing to call. Ended up having to block the number to make them stop.

Actually you are the one that needs to educate yourself. People from Mexico do NOT speak proper Spanish, just as people from the US do not speak proper English. Mexican Spanish is a combination of Spanish and native (Indian) languages. So, before you jump on someone, please check your facts first.

I just got off the phone with this company.. It is a Surveying company for Comcast.  All they wanted was to ask a few questions regarding a previous call to Comcast.

I am happy for this site to come to, and find out it is only COMCAST annoying me today...every day a different bother!  It is getting old!

As a Comcast representative I would encourage all of you to answer your phones so we can talk with you. I have important information for you about great deals on the Cheeze Network and the Depends Channel. For every upgrade I get a bonus of .001 cent. So please answer or my family here in the Phillipines will have to fishing to feed ourselves. That is way too difficult, not to mention boring.

BTW - a lot of us are Muslims, so be nice or we will blow something up. You NEED the Cheeze Network, I assure you.

lol i have comcast cable and internet with a landline i dont use i have a verizon cell i just like to check in once in a while to see all the b.s. im missing by going this rought..... tip!!

They call and never leave a message. I missed the call twice but I 'm glad I did because I just realized it sounds like a scam to snach people's ss number and info.

I got the call on 3/6/12, from Comcast, I told them "I can't hear you", (i seriously couldn't). and they said "ok, thank you", and hung up.
