- Mary SWe get calls from this number, daily, asking for person who was a prominent judge in our city. I say was because he died this past April.
We have no connection whatsoever to the deceased! Our names, phone number, address, nothing is similar!
Never the less, we have told the callers this information on several occasions; only to be harassed as they insist that we must know him and are withholding information.
Unbelievable.
Have reported them to the FCC.- Caller: Chase Bank

- patwWe just moved and got this number last month. They keep calling for a Tim or Timothy. I will not list his last name here, but I tell them everytime that this is not his number anymore and please take it off the list. They have called 3 times since yesterday. Today I got a little loud with this person as it sounds like the same woman that always calls. She has a weird accent and I can hardly understand her. When she says Timothy it sounds like she is saying Tee-mo-thee. Not India on this call, but possibly Panama. One more call and I will request information from her to send a letter stating that if they call me one more time, I will seek an attorney. My husband and I are both elderly and I am tired of my blood pressure going up trying to deal with them.

- RobI am receiving multiple calls for some "Michael" guy about a debt. On the first few calls I identified myself and was promised multiple times that I would not be called again. The calls keep coming at various times day and night. When I ask the name of this company I am told "EHASD". When I ask where the company is located I am told "We are not allowed to give out this information". When Googled, "EHASD" shows several listings for a school district. When I Google the calling number (800-848-9380) I get multiple listings for "Chase Home Finance LLC Collections" or "Chase Home Finance" (along with a lot of "horror stories"). I have never done business with Chase. The number they are calling is a recently purchased prepaid cell phone.

It was obviously cut by hand as the line was not straight. It had todays date, IMPORTANT. Name, Number. Please be ready to give your account number
we are expecting your call today
No punctuation whatsoever and everything was also written in Spanish, not very professional at all. The only info on it was BOA and 800-949-9380.
I called the number and it said it was CHASE and wanted my account number. I do not have an account with them and never have. I assume the BOA is Bank of America, no account with them either. - MorganThis company keeps calling my work office and as soon as I answer the phone whoever is on the other side hangs up. Kind of ridiculous. If you're looking for someone speak to the person that answers the phone and two stop calling a business I have other callers that are WAY more important!

- Larry CI am getting frustrated beyond belief. I thought maybe I would no longer get calls from Chase Bank when one agent said I was removed from any calls to my home or cell phone. But they just keep coming? I pay my loan online within the grace period with a deposit from my personal checking account at BofA because I refuse to have a checking accout at Chase!

- Tawni replies to murfYES YES they DO! you are all wrong or the person who works at Chase lied to me, either way, I was not even late on my account, Chase did not know what to do with the extra money I was sending (Which I informed them in writing EACH month) this caused them to put the entire payment into a "suspense" account. causing two and a half months payments to be "late" When I called and asked they said they needed notification in writing. I confirmed, with the person on the phone, I had notified them in writing, I was then scolded by the Chase rep that they did not accept over payments because it "messes up the system and has to be calculated by hand" They refused to refund the late fees and further refused to fix the late ding on my credit report. I was told "I should know better".. it was awful!
- Business ownerWe get anywhere from 2-5 hang up calls from this number every day at our business. Caller ID reads: CHASE MANHATTAN. Usually they hang up before I even get receiver to my ear. This is a huge interruption for our business and we treat this as a prank call as it has continued for far too long. We are attempting to put a stop to this.
