I've worked at this company. It is infested with drug use. A haven for drug dealers and lower levels of society. They prey on consumers using illegal tactics. They have multiple employees with an extensive criminal background. The owners of the company even lend out company money to known drug dealers so they can continue selling to the employees. These are the people that have millions of consumer's personal information.

The General manager Dan Hill is a degenerate drunk. the vice president of collections Patrick Fecteau is a convicted sex offender..(exposed himself to a school bus full of children) I wouldn't feel safe if my account was there. There are enough illegal drugs there to stock a nationwide pharmacy franchise!! I had to leave, I couldn't take being in that enviornment.

One man by the name of Paul Clarke, encourages his employees to play a game called 'third party disclosure' where they see who can best break the law without being caught. Constant harrasment is what they teach over there. This place needs to be shut down. Contact Gregory Cerullo (drug addict) or George Nelson III (steriod abuser) about the tactics they employ. I hope no one give personal info out to these people if they call. Trust me I worked there.

What doesn't everyone do like I did when I started getting phone calls from Nelson Watson & Associates  on my cell phone which I guess the phone number used to be a Mrs Snyders and now I was issued that number ????
I will advise everyone  to call the Attorney General in their home state or Washington and put this company on the do not call list and then if they call your number a law suit by the Attorney will be brought against them and it won't cost you money , you may or may not receive some of the law suit money collected , it is according to which state you live in.
Once I called this company and told them my intentions and let them know I now knew where they were by looking them up on the internet, the person I spoke to was asking for my number twice and telling me I would be taken off their call list.

I pay my bills but ex is not paying his.  My name was not on any of the he got in the divorce. But they keep calling me.  How many times do I HAVE TO KEEP GIVING THEM HIS NUMBER? I'm tired of being called a liar.

NWA collector, how do you now she owes the debt! Your a bottom-feeder.   If NWA could validate the debt they would do it and collect. If NWA can't you try and do it with illegal threats and intimidation. I bet you are one miserable low-life trying to feel better by pushing other people around. I received a call from this place.  they claimed to be a law firm that said if i don't pay this debt they will place the account in court.  I looked the name up and it doesn't say if they are a law firm or not.  can anyone give me any info?

My credit card from 5 years ago was recently placed with them. First off they sent the letter to my mom's address so my mom went ahead and set up for $10 a week to be sent to them, after 3 weeks of receiving the payments they call two days ago and say that this is not an acceptable payment arrangment. Then they start asking me all the personal questions which I refused. The lady started yelling at me and I eventually hung up. Someone else called back today, and called my work number. I called back told them not to call at work and again she got into how this is not an acceptable payment arrangement. I told her if its not acceptable then stop cashing the checks that are being sent every week. We got into it again, she said I was being immature and refusing to pay! hello i am making payments! I said I would be writing a letter for them to stop contacting me, she said it would only be good for 10 days which i know isnt true. Then she said she was marking my account as refuse to pay and sending it back to the original company.

I had to look up  these fools on the internet,they're calling my cell for some woman I don't even know,if these guys were legit they wouldn't have some clown posting as anonymous.

when you use any credit card or debit card online or anywhere,your info is bought and sold to these companys by people who work for the c.c. companys.they are fishing since they know you have enough money to use your c.c.they will not give you info because they have none.they wait till you get mad and provide the info they need,like an ex that hasnt paid on something,when they hear that they use it against you and try to pump out as much info as they can.they get old print out sheets from companys that have all of your info on them.they are harmless scum that are looking for that one sucker in a hundred,thats why they try to get you to your breaking point.go ahead and send them money,it will disappear fast.they will vanish and your money is gone.they have zero authority to get you to do anything.just relax and take a deep breath.report the # on the fcc's website and i promise you it will stop.report it everytime they call.it will do more good than gripping on this site.good luck,remember they are bottom feeders and shops that open up and shut down and move on.only the unemployable people work for these companys like child molesters and convicted felons.its a conn people a 360 degree con no more.i have no debt or past due bills,i just used my c.c. on e-bay and this is what happens,i just won a lawsuit for a dog bite,also and thats public record so they know i have money,more than they do now,six figures.mess with them back.
