The next time they call, inform them they are violating the TCPA and FDCPA by harassing a non-debtor and you intend to take legal action if the calls do not stop.

Harassing and repetitive calls.

Watts and Nelson called a co-worker/associate of mine today don't know how they got their number but they have been calling since last week harassing my co-worker and making threats to me saying I am being subpeanaed to appear in court! Crazy thing is, I use to be a debt collector so I'm no fool and I know what that these tactics the are using are unlawful debt collection practices. Today they called again so I called back and spoke with a unprofessional a$# hole named Phillip who was very rude and condescending. He said " Sounds like you got your law degree from Google". Wow, very business like. Anyway I put his a#$ in his place and hung up the phone. Now I'm going to report them to the FTC & BBB. They are misrepresenting themselves as a law firm which is illegal and con-like. IF THESE LOW LIFE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS CALL YOU REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY TO THE FTC

I owe no one. All bills paid in full. Just blocked them. Take me to court, I might make some money with a lawsuit against them.
