Robocaller half way into the spiel.  Hung up.  Cable was removed 10+ years ago and never restored.  This is cold calling and I wish it would stop.  We were never customers and never will be.

I asked to be removed from their calling list. They won't stop calling.

Received a call this evening from this number, unknown, would not answer it.

Got the call from this number.  We have never had services provided by Time/Warner.

I don't even have Time Warner- of anything. Not sure why I am getting calls.  Phone doesn't ring, cell phone blocks before it rings, but I get a notification for blocked call.

Maybe Spectrum - was going off earlier posts.  Never picked up the call when it used to ring.

Got a call from 800-892-2253 at 1:49pm on Thanksgiving day. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Simple remedy.....if you have caller ID and you receive a call from a number you don't recognize or if it shows 1-800 ANYTHING, just don't answer it. I"LL BET, you won't have a voice mail from that number.

We are getting at least 10 calls a dayfrom this number. The phon3 ID says Spectrum. When i got someone on the phone they said they were from AT&T.  Please make them stop!

Got this one before. It is NOT TWC or ATT. It is a almost certainly a fraud operation, very likely from overseas, They are NOT going to take you "off their list" or comply with anything since they are criminals. Whoever they are it is NOT a legitimate nor law abiding outfit, so stop expecting them to act like one. Crooks got to crook I guess.

They are crooks. The caller probably doesn't even control the dialer. These operations work on sheer volume and criminals aren't know for following laws and regs. Almost certain they are overseas too.

Got a call from this number again.  Did not answer the call and no message was left by them.

Didn't answer, no voicemail left, blocked.

Automated call from SPECTRUM telemarketing system, who the he** would want to upgrade on a sub par system that our town contracted with that doesn't comply with agreed to reimbursements! NO THANK YOU

If its Time Warner who are now Spectrum I believe they are morons because we have ATT and are not switching to there bogus service.  Probably all a scam anyway.

Just received two calls back to back on land line leaving voice mails where the first Robo-call pre-recorded message claimed to be Time Warner Cable account services and my (NON EXISTING) account is past due requesting call back. Send Robo-call pre-recorded message from "ACCOUNT SERVICES" with account is past due requesting call back at the same caller id 800 number.

EDIT >> My call blocking svc claims they can't block this number because it a a "legitimate" Time Warner number (and www search CANNOT support that claim).

Automated call from telemarketing system (my number is on the do not call list by the way!)
