- Avenger replies to DavidThey can call me every day for years and talk to my machine all they want if that is what they are compelled to do with their lives. It doesn't bother me at all. What's with all of these thin skinned easily irritated people anyway? Too many food additives? It takes no more effort to erase their messages than it does to erase any others and I can do it at the same time for efficiency. I will never bother to expend the effort to talk to them and I will never, ever send them a dime for a debt, whether legitimate or not-- Just because they are who they are. If they sue me, I fight them tooth and nail all the way through court with free legal aid, forcing them to waste more time and money. Then I continue to not pay them, in peace and tranquility. If everyone did that, they’d all go out of business. I am the rock upon which they beat themselves bloody. Love to all...
- LeeSince the last time I wrote on here they have called my house at least once a day and a few times twice in a day. And I also answered it once and got the options of are you the person press 1 if not the person but you can bring them to the phone press 2, if they are not available press 3 blah blah..but no other options. I have found that they are calling for a person that doesnt live here but I have no way of letting them know this. I tried to call them back even though I had decided I wasnt going to before just because I want them to stop calling me. Well I got another automated message and even if I was the person they want there is no way to talk to a live person about what ever it is they want. This is becoming a nightmare with these people. Im disabled and it takes a lot for me to get to the phone some days so this is especially upsetting to me. I dont owe anyone any money I pay my bills, so this is crazy. Isnt there any way to make them stop? I did report them to the FCC but so far that hasnt done anything. The calls start some days at 7 am too and this is also not right. Im about to pull the phone out of the wall at this point.

- LarryI just received a call from this company tonight, it was a robo call. The recorded message said to press 1 if I was Jay, I pressed 1 and the recording said that Jay owed $48. Dollars and change on a bill! Then the recording went through a selection of ways to pay the bill or to talk to talk a service rep press 0. I pressed 0 so that I could blast the service rep. when I service rep said "Jay", I said no I’m not Jay and that their company illegally just gave out Jays info, the woman immediately said that they would remove my number and hung up on me. Giving out some ones info is illegal automated or not.

- MyEmptyCanvasI don't know who these people are, but I'd like for them to stop calling me daily at 8 and 9 pm. As a matter of fact, they need to stop calling period. This is ridiculous. Why call and then never say anything? I am not about to sit around waiting to hear some robot speak, so I hung up.
- AsteriskFan| 1 replyI setup my own phone system at home using Vitelity & AsteriskNOW. I instaled an app on the Asterisk system called Telemarketer Torture. I then add all the numbers I want to this list & whenever they call, the Telemarketer Torture app answers the phone. This thing starts asking all kinds of questions & wants the caller to press buttons which takes them to other questions. This process is never ending. They eventually decide to hang up. My phone never rings when they call but I can check the call report & see how long some of them stay on :) Here is my current list of blocked numbers (compiled over the years) in case anyone needs them:

- griff replies to Cat girl| 1 replyOk guys i just called the number straight back and a kind women removed me from their list ..it took 30 seconds...i recommend that everyone doe's the same
- SherryThese guys are as annoying as all the other calls I get. No idea who they are either. It seems like there's a new idiot everyday. It would be great if I didn't have to work and just had all the time in the world to do pay back.
- Caller: Penn Credit Corp.
- annoyedI have been receiving numerous messages from 1-800-900-1380 asking for a person that does not live in my home. The last names are the same but the similarity stops there! How do I get them to stop calling? There is no way to respond on the call as I am not the person they are looking for and there is no answer when I call the number. I've learned to ignore the number but I would prefer not to be bothered at all!

- Kristy Howard-Clark replies to wiz kidI take it that you are an employee of the company in question. I do not do business over the phone/internet and my phone number is on the do not call list. After reading these posts, I am filing a complaint with the FCC.
- Kristy Howard-ClarkPeople, this company is not a legitimate company or they would not be calling people who do not owe them anything. They are one of the companies that buy debt information from legitimate companies and then they try to collect on the debts by calling people with similar names pretending that the people that they call owe them money. If you keep a tight rein on your spending budget and like me, you know where every penny of your money is spent and you keep detailed records of where you shop and what you buy, you will not be taken in by these criminals.
I will be reporting them to the FCC.- Caller: Penn Credit Corp
