I can use other words for DNC beside farce!  I find this gov source to be totally useless (a real joke).  i have been register for the last 4 years, and it doesn't seem to matter. i still get calls from telemarketers, politician....   I have even spoken with these so called legit companies, and they still ignore the laws on the do not call list.  What I don't understand is why the fines for this type of act is not enforced. I am sure if they were fine enough times, it would stop these calls.  Also, if the government is so broke, why don't they hire people to see these fines are collected.  This will definitely bring in revenue to cover the employees and more.  Maybe the bill collectors will also get a taste of their on medicine.

I know for a fact that this is a debt collection company. They have the ability to get information about your life you may not have given them - hence asking for the spouse if the person answering the phone because it is legal to speak to a spouse (as it applies to finances - also responsible for your/shared debt).

Debt Collection does not have to follow the "Do Not Call" rules. They are not marketing, they are trying to get money from us that we actually owe them...

Nuisance that it is, it is legal for them to call us...

If they are a collection Company they need to get a life as the company that they say they represent have already written the Debt off on their taxes as a loss.... These jerks buy the debt from them for pennies on the dollar and then try and scare people in to paying them money those that do help to keep folks like that in business....

Calls twice a day, leaves a message when I don't answer, usually I answer then hang up.  Owe this outfit nothing, but that doesn't seem to stop them

Over the last few months, I have received a message almost daily from 800-900-1380.  The caller line on my caller ID is always blank.  Therefore, I do not accept any calls out of my area code unless I can see the caller's name, I shall no answer.

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

Anyone being barraged by phone calls from Penn Credit should consider a cease and desist letter.  Also, if they are claiming a debt,  demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.

I refuse to answer phone calls especially from 1(800) 900-1380 or any area code that I don't recognize. However, these idiots continue to call.

If you don't block another number in your life, BLOCK THIS ONE! It's the MOTHER OF ALL SCAM, PESTILENT. SCUMBAG NUMBERS!!! I've had it blocked for YEARS....and they still call.

This recorded message called me on a Sunday at 8pm, for a person I do not know.

thay won't stop calling

The above phone number keeps calling my home and leaving incomplete voice mails i.e. "if this is you press 1"  The number comes on my caller ID as Penn Credit.  If there is a way to stop them from calling my house daily I would appreciate it.

If you never block another number IN YOUR LIFE, block this one!!!   I've told this pond scum I am not the person they are trying to reach, and blocked them THREE YEARS AGO, and they are STILL calling. { Thank God for call blockers}.
