They stop for a short time then resume calling again.

Got a call in the afternoon & they left no message.

they call 4 or 5 times a week, as late as 9 pm.  Finally picked up, went thru the prompts that they have the wrong #, I have never heard of who they want. Did so twice.  Next day another call,  still getting 4 to 5 calls the next week.  Waited 11 minutes to talk to someone, told them I don't know who they want and did prompt "4" to say its a wrong #, they just hung up.  No apology or anything.

This number called,ID: Unavailable. no message. looks like this number has a long history. Blocked it.

"TC" posted here in 2007, 10 years ago.  Are you expecting that person to see your reply?  If you had taken the time to read the other posts, you would have found lots of information on who is calling and how to make them stop.

We screen calls to our elderly mom for her protection. She got a call from 800-900-1380. I found this site while searching for information. I also found a URL penncredit dot com with that number, so I did a lookup on WhoIs. The website is registered with Godaddy in the name of Donald Burkhart of Penn Credit Corporation. So I guess, for anyone seeking to call back this number, I guess, if "Crystal" the "supervisor" is unavailable, go straight to the top and ask for Donald Burkhart.

Stop calling my mom number or family member

After I bought a number blocker Panasonic phone set all I see is all the blocked number light the hand set.. No ring just says blocked number. Works really good. Actually has a hot block button.

Ok, that's a good first step, but how many numbers can that phone set block?
25-50? (sure) 100? (maybe).  200 (probably not)? 1000? (doubtful)  Can it do wildcards, like 800-900-xxxx or 888-xxx-xxxx?

Most hardware call blockers can block and store over 1000 numbers plus wildcarded numbers, so you might consider that for a primary blocker, and your phone as a backup when it gets full. Check out Amazon for the device the most number of satisfied buyers purchase (4-5 stars).
