I got a call a couple a times on my cell phone but when i picked up they would always hang up then leave a voicemail sayin i had won a Ford Explorer or $25K. the person was called "Carmen" and they gave me a number and code. everytime they left a message they said it was their last and final warning. thanks to this site i found out it was a scam. anyways dose anyone know if i can sue them because i was a minor when they started sending me the calls?

Call received from 8009184224 on 7 May 2007. The recorded voice stated, "Hello, I am calling from the awards center. You have won a new Ford Explorer, please call me back at..."

I got the same call on my job this past weekend. Alexis called with the same last call stuff saying I won a Ford Explorer or $25,000. Call 1-800-918-4224 claim number FNAU3112.  I can only say, God will take care of His children.

Call 1-800-918-4224 claim number FNAU3112.  Since Alexis left a voicemail, my work phone has caller ID. The call originated from 434-878-9976, which lists from somewhere in Brodnax, VA.  I can only say, God will take care of His children.

To have you number removed from their call list, fax your number to 386-740-7891 Attn: Renee'. She is one of the managers I just spoke to. They can also remove a block of numbers if they are calling a business.

I just got the similar call today from the same number saying the same thing so I'm grateful to have googled the phone number and found this site. I am a Government Executive in Texas and I got this call on my direct line in my office so I was very curious about whether it might be legit or not since I travel a lot and leave my card (I mostly knew it wasn't but I was curious). They sounded very determined...how are they scamming people? do they ask for money? I did not return the call.

I just received a call from 800 918 4224

After being on hold with music playing for 5 minutes, a lady nanmed (allegedly) Cary or Kerry from Florida representing Quincy Marketing answered.  I started asking questions and she put on her (allegedly) manager, Richard.  Richard told me that 50,000 people have been called with this claim number.  This is (allegedly and per Richard) a front for a time share solicitation.

It was a voicemail on left for me at work.  The message was from a Marcie and she said that they have been trying to reach me because I had won a Ford F150 or $$$?  The message said for me to call back "today" at 1.800.918.4224 and left a claim number.  Of course, I googled it and wouldn't you know it? I'm not the only one to have won this so called explorer!

These people are so persistant they call daily with the same message.

got a call from a woman on my work phone and left a message that started half way through saying something about 25,ooo in cash and to use this claim number FNRF3112 and this was my last chance.  Caller ID was phone number 434-878-9976 but the number she left for me to call was 1-800-918-4224.  This has scam written all over it.  So I googled the number and here I am.  If your reading this....welcome to the club.

Ugg, the same thing just happened to me, "Carmen" claiming that I just won a new ford explorer. I called the number to tell them to stop calling me, and laughed to hear some pubescent boy saying press 1 if you have a claim number and 2 if you don't. When I pressed one there was this really creepy music playing, so I just hung up. I am just annoyed that people are calling my cell.

I received a call Monday 5/14 around 5:30pm on my work phone. I called the number and a recording said I won a Ford Explorer and gave me a claim number. When I call the number back I received a all curcuits are busy and to call back.
I just called the number back again today and reached a  someone who says that I entered a sweepstakes somewhere and thats how they received my number. Because I am a finalist in the drawing of the Explorer my gift is a 6 days 5 night cruise to Bahamas in which I have up to 1 year to take.
All I have to do is to send a self address stamped envelope to their Welcome Center.

I also got a call today from 1-800-918-4224, from someone named "Chanel", telling me this was their last attempt to contact me, and that I had won either a Ford Explorer or $25,000 and gave a confirmation number.  Good thing I found this site.

Where's my $25,000?!?  Someone from this number left a voicemail on my OFFICE number late at night... similar to Amy's description above except that I "won" either a Ford Explorer or $25,000 cash.  No mention of a promotion or special offer.  (My direct line is one of hundreds of sequential phone numbers.)  I am so glad I checked here before calling them back.

i got a voicemail on my cell phone same stuff. what i couldn't figure out was they made it sound like a good thing at first then i made it sound like a big emergancy with "this is your last and final notice" and ended with have a good day. if they call again im reporting the number to ncis for abuse to a government employee.
