- JIM FROM BUFFALO replies to AllysonI LEFT A SHORT MESSAGE( may be a little pd off message ) ON THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AFTER RECIEVING NO LESS THAN 10 HANG UP CALLS. I JUST RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL WITH SOMEONE SAYING I AM GOING TO SNAP YOU IN HALF "MF" er. WHEN I ASKED WHAT YOU SAID HE REPEATED THE VOLGAR MESSAGE. BY THE WAY, I HAVE BEEN TRACING ALL THE CALLS AND PLAN TO TAKE CRIMINAL ACTION.
- Bruce| 1 replyFrequent calls in January 2008 - have not been answered. I am on the Do Not Call Registry - and don't appreciate these calls.

No response when picked up on our end.
We're a business. Too bad not a real person. It's our live
air-studio line. - jess1890 replies to jm| 4 repliesyou have to re-register, i think every 5 years
- sjerswell they are irritating because they keep calling, and I have told them before...I don't have a utility bill, I rent my office...so now they call, and they always hang up,...at least three times a week.
Get me off your list Jered - Joss replies to BruceI've had enough! Despite half a dozen DNC registry complaints, nothing stopped these people.
So, I called the Federal Trade Commission to complain about this number, and someone actually took my information down and gave me a complaint number! (go to the FTC Contact page, dial a number and eventually you get to a live operator).
Anyway, these people call me every other day on my cell phone. Today, for the first time, someone left a msg that said:
"This is Pete Smith from Sparks Energy Customer Service calling regarding your PG&E (?) electric bill. According to our records, you have not signed up for the savings available under the PG&E's customer choice program. This is just a custody call to help you get enrolled for the savings you are entitled to. You need to call back with your PT&E bill in hand. It only will take a quick minute to process your savings. Please return my call at 1-800 919 8021. My extension is 414 - thank you"
Needless to say, I don't have a PG&E account ....
Meanwhile, the FTC person told me that if a business is not legitimate, the DNC registry cannot do anything to stop them. - Plainfield, IL replies to AllysonJust got a call from this number as well, they hung up on me before I got done saying hello.
- n/aI received a call from 800-919-8021 ext. 326 and they left a message calling about the BGE bill of mine. I paid the bill on time but this seems kinda fishy to me.

- Osp78I just called this place, various times, and as posted above, each time I would get the "customer service" or "operator" voicemail. I tried the other numbers listed and the different extensions until I finally got "Tracy Paula?" I asked to speak to the supervisor and she attempted to get him on the line but apparently he was busy. His name was Anthony. I did, however, get her to divulge the name of the company she worked for. She said it was "Consumer Sales Solution, LLC" and that her office was based out of Clearwater, FL but that they had many offices all over the country. I made small chat with her when she first picked up so that getting this information would be easier. Usually, when you ask them for info, they try to give you a "runaround" answer and never full disclose who they are. I hope this helps anyone on here.

- Duped"Jason Small" at x499 called from this number on 6/3/08 after many, many prior calls. He refered to a special offer I might have noticed in my power bill, and said that there was a saving program that I could opt into. I asked him very specifically (before giving him into) if I was switching to a different power company or signing up for anything new. He said no. I was very stupidly fooled by his spiel. In the middle of the call I realized he was switching me over to Columbia Utilities. I got really ticked off, and told him that I did not want to sign up for anything and that I felt I had been deceived. He told me he could either help me, or hang up. I replied that I would prefer to hang up and do some research before committing to anything, and he promptly hung up on ME. Now I have to figure out if I have actually been switched or not. Do not be fooled by these crooks. Their business practices are very suspect.

- Karen JI wasn't home when the call came in and a message with this is RGE to discuss the bill, and gave my address. First of all, because I am subsidized my electric, water, gas, heat included in rent. I gotta tell it scared the crudola out of me. the call went like this: Hi Karen, This is John Morellis. Please call me at 1-800-919-8021, ext. 459. I am calling in reference to the RGE bill regarding...and told me my address. Ok so I decided to call, (I'm thinking that was a dumb thing to do). I called and got a recording that said: Thank you for calling the customer service center, if you know the extension, dial it now, otherwise hold for an operator. I punch in the ext. number and hear music and am told by a woman recording, "no one is available right now, please leave a message." I hung up. Now the funny thing is, the guy that called me sounded like he had cotton in his mouth. The recording from the extension had a first name of John and totally different last name, voice, and no cotton mouth.
I decided to google the phone number and I arrived at this site. I cannot thank you all enough for this info. Nothing like scaring the bejesus out of me. Thanks all :)- Caller: NOT PROVIDED
- get real replies to Bob M.| 3 repliesPeople like you are the reason all our jobs go over seas. I bet you complain about that too. We are Americans calling Americans. This DNC list has pushed many jobs to other countries, there is no DNC if you live outside the US. They can call you as much as they like. You have a phone to be in communication with the world so whats the big deal. If you don't want to answer don't. Of just ask for the company to put you on there DNC list most will. Trust me telemarkers don't want to call rude people but we must feed our children, I bet you complain about walfare too don't you!!!
- DelaI answered, but they hung up. Happens quite frequently.
- bigcrazy replies to get realgood then you can get a real job and not one that bothers people
- bigcrazy replies to Richardgood then stop calling us
- Fedup replies to dickIf I wanted your service, I'd call you. Whether you are approved by the PSC or PUC, it doesn't matter...you are still making unsolicited marketing calls to households on the do not call list. If you are selling vinyl siding, windows, OR electricity...the principle is the same. Keep it up and the fines will come rolling in, Dick!
- caisme621800919-8021....He originally thought he was calling a company. Then I told him that this was a residence... I AM ON THE NO CALL LIST. Man called saying that I was entitled to a 7% decrease on my PG&E Bill....He wanted me to go to my bill and read him the rate on the 3rd page of my bill....At this point I just hung up.....

- Dude In Maryland| 1 replyI just got a call (3:00pm EST) from this 727 number and was told to call the 800 number regarding my BGE water bill. Just as previously mentioned, the caller was representing Spark Energy, attempting to illicit my BGE account info to sell their electric program. Of course the beginning of the call is very weird, not giving a company name, and pretty much as soon as I got on the line with an operator, they wanted my account info. I don't trust this number one bit. I did just get off the phone with Spark Electric and Gas to see if this was one of their contracted companies. The lady I talked to was unable to confirm this particular Company, and according to the BBB, they received a "Satisfactory" rating, but have not been accredited by the BBB.
