- Foo Dabbly Doo (again) replies to Foo Dabbly DooOne other datum - "Steve" started out by asking for "the person who handles your NYSEG bill" - which has my named on it, so he should have asked for me by named.
- CatherineThis company will not stop calling me and when I answer they only say "goodbye" They call on my cell phone first and then they call on my home phone within minutes. This has got to stop
- in the know replies to bruce| 1 replyThis is a telemarketing call center that uses automated machines to call your house. If no-one is on the line, the call dropped. They represent multiple clients and have multiple extensions. If you don't want them to call you anymore, just them to "take me off your calling list". Be sure to give them all of your phone numbers so they can remove them. If you just call them and cuss them out and don't give them a phone number to take off a list they will call you back...because they don't know who the heck made that call.
- Pat T.I received a call this evening at 6:34 pm. I picked up the phone on the third ring and got a recorded "Good Bye" then a hang up. I have asked this number in the past to not call, plus I am on the national "Do Not Call" list. I just filed a complaint with the federal government on this number.
- Call type: Unwanted
- Pat T. replies to in the knowNo, they do not place you on their do-not-call list. I have been asking them for over 16 months to do so and I still get calls from them. And yes, they are a telemarketing firm because I have had numerous calls from the same number but referencing different companies wanting to sign up to switch my power from National Grid to Hudson Energy, Spark Energy, Accent Energy, and Direct Energy, just to name a few. I have filed complaints on them with the Do-Not-Call national registry, but they still keep on calling.
- Pat T. replies to bruceAbout the re-registry. It is NOT an urban legend, just changed. When the registry was first past into law by Congress, a person was required to register their numbers once every two years. With the passage of the Do-Not-Call Imporvement Act of 2007, the law was changed so that numbers would remain on the register until it is reassigned to another person. That change went into effect February 2008.
- bigsbyWoman's voice left a message that was not understandable -- something about PGE or SDGE and please call 800-919-8021 x7362. I called and let it go to the operator, which was sent to voicemail. Called again to x7362 but got voicemail again. So far only one call from them ....
- distresingI got a call from them last night and tonight, and filed at www.donotcall.gov both times. I've gotten into the habit of reporting every single call I get from people like this because I have no life. Also, I think (don't quote me) the fines are calculated on the number of complaints filed.
- Caller: Customer Choice Program
- RipRapCUST.SVR CENTER is what shows up on my caller ID. It seems like these [***] are starting up again.
When you call the number back, you have the option of either pressing '1' for customer service or '0' for the operator. No matter which one you press, you still get no information as to what company you are calling and are sent immediately to voice mail.
I left a VM of over 5 minutes, just to see how much time I could eat up and cost them $$$$$$. It seems as if they have no limit as to how long of a message you can leave, so feel free to CALL THEM and just make sure that you are transmitting some sound over the call. It does shutoff if you just leave it on your desk without talking into it or playing the radio into it.

Email them at ccare@delmarva.com and give her some [***] too - SLNAn unsolicited fax from Dominion Retail dated 02/17/2009 # 727-733-8576 at 12:30p(no phone call) was sent to a church in CT stating:
"ATTENTION CL&P CUSTOMERS ONLY
Energy Deregulation News Alert
from: Sarah Cole, rep # 2470 or 2870
company: Dominion Retail
phone #: 800-919-8021 x391
fax #: 727-733-8516
email: commercial@cssllc.biz
HERE IS THE INFO YOU REQUESTED:
hand written note on the bottom says "please call with any additional questions. God Bless signed twice by Sarah Cole (two different signatures)with the date."
The second page states many different things including that "CL&P will still be the supplier and they(Dominion)can lower their energy bill better than CL&P can."
The phone # 800-919-8021 x391 and fax # 727-733-8516 are currently associated with Dominion Retail and looking into the matter further I found this particular phone number as well as many extention numbers(13) and contact persons(11) have been associated with an unbelieveable amount of different company names(last count was 18)including Dominion Retail. I have checked on the BBB.org website and it states the company is registered there as satisfactory. I appreciate all the info i have found here and will take the advice of those and look into them at the Public Utility Commission as well as the FCC. Thanks very much!!
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT ALL THESE COMPANIES....- Caller: Dominion Retail
- sick of the interuptionsI frequently receive phone calls that disconnect immediately or, just after I say hello. This is one of the numbers calling me, 1 800 919 8021. They should be punished for harassment.
- sam in se ct replies to get realwell if truly your desire were to help us and hence provide for your family....then you may want to consider being honest and above reproach. You may be the one caring telemarketer out there but you are now guilty by association. What kind of business calls customers and does not say what company they represent? What kind of business asks for the "decision maker" to call immediately to make a decision about the utility bill but with leaving no other information? Dishonest ones. Deceitful ones. Ones who have no knowledge of what true sales and true customer service is. Your all frauds and if had the chance you would jump on the welfare train first chance. LEAVE US ALONE. and take the time to find out what the real job of a telemarketer is.....I think you will be surprised.
