- Jen in RochesterTwo calls from this phone number came in at the same exact time to our company - 1st line was a woman asking for the person in charge of our National Grid Account, the 2nd line was a man asking for the same - these guys call CONSTANTLY despite them being told that we are not interested and that we're not even with "National Grid" we're with Rochester Gas & Electric. When we actually talked to them before, they had a completely different address that they were trying to reach that was nowhere near where we're located and that address was outside of RG&E's service area - Looks like they've got garbage calling lists. Either way, both wanted to be transferred to the person's VM, but neither left a VM - looks like they're just trying to up their "talk time" for better looking results when the call center that they're calling from pulls the reporting...

- anon| 4 repliesI am worried now. I saw that on PG&E Vista Energy is part of theirs but the number they gave me was this 919 number.... Now i am worried because I have agreed to their services and gave them some PG&E information. I also got a letter from supposedly PG&E saying that my service will begin on july 24th. I don't know what to do please help?
- Too BusyI work in a busy office. I believe it's illegal for them to continue their disruptive calls, since we've never done business with them! These type of calls just make people angry, so why would anyone sign up for the service or buy the product? Why can't this company mail colorful brochures of their services, showing all they have to offer? Then I would have something besides a scribbled message to give to the decision-makers at my organization! I am so sick and tired and weary of these type of calls. I get them many times a day. Don't these callers realize how harrassing that is - and it doesn't help their business at all!

- CCJust got this call from 18009198021-9222,says need to speak to the person who's entiled on the energy bill, he said my husband's name, and i asked what is the nature of this call, he said we are entitled to a 8% energy saving program and have not claimed it so he needs to verify the account number and details on our bill in order to enroll us to this program. I was almost fooled by him coz we just got 20% discount for this month from PGE from their winter energy saving program, so i told him that i thought the discount was already applied to our bill. Luckily we signed up paperless and all the account info are online so i told him I do not have the online password and ask his phone# so when my husband returns he can call back. And then I googled this phone number and found this site. Thanks for sharing this info to us, otherwise i may just have my husband called them and give all our info.
- Heather & CatherineThey just called our business asking for the person who handles the PG&E bill. When I said that person was busy, she left a message saying that she was Diane Tubbs from Vista Energy and to call her back at 800-919-8021 ext 323

- KGA| 1 replyThese people call the law office I work at and ask to speak to the person in charge of the Duke Energy bill. When I tell them that we are in a high rise of a building at a different address than the one they have they insist of talking to the building manager. A few times they have called they have claimed to have taken our number off the list. They say they are some kind of utility company that is contracted by the electric companies to try help you cut savings. They ARE a legitimate company therefore we should be able lodge complaints against them. I am getting so annoyed !!!!

- BlandI received a call from a woman named Selena, she identified herself as a Washington Gas company and stated that she was following up to contract info that was sent out with our monthly gas bill to receive gas from a third party but still through washington gas. They wanted the account number and yearly usage. What a joke.

- King Gregg18009198021 Ext 347 Kristin calling from my gas company left a message with someone at the nail salon I own. I called back thinking I was calling National Grid. Went sraight to voice mail, the voice on the recording sounded like someone having a hard time forming the words. Too much like a freaky sci fi movie for me, I'll tell the girls not to pick up when they see this number on the caller ID.
- a/pCaller called multiple times for no reason. Saying she would keep calling until i took her information down. Her extension number is 238. I work for a construction company and we can not afford to spend time on calls of this nature. We have customers, vendors, and employees that need to get a hold of us and these people are tying up the lines for no real purpose other than to be a nuisance. There has to be a way to block numbers.
