Scroll over the sender… it will not show a legitimate sender. There is also no proper heading to the email (doesn’t address you by name). The link for the PHONE NUMBER IS SPOOFED!!!
There are NO legitimate businesses that will ask for you social security number. If you receive an email or phone call hang up and disregard the email.ONLY call the number on the back of your credit card!

Yes.  I’m getting bogus email messages about completing online enrollment documents.  I haven’t enrolled in anything with them.  This some dangerous fraudulent activity.

Man this ain't Wells Fargo bank there scammers be warned

Just got a fraudulent call saying my interest rate is really high they can help. Liar. FRAUD,

received an email from a fake wells fargo email. it said someone had unauthorized access to my online account.  i have not had wells fargo for years.  they tell you to unlock your account click on ( in blue ) wells fargo.com. its not wells fargo.com but a fake website.  the email address is contact@pleasurewf.com which is the tipoff that this is a scam. this is a fishing attempt to steal your info.  the phone number for customer service is correct but this is to throw you off the suspicion about this email.  the other reviews on 800 notes that say this is legit is also a scam or people who just checked the phone number for customer service.

SCAM. Showed on my caller ID as "Wells Fargo ATM" answered being curious and got hit with the standard indian accented "each and every" and not able to give me a reference number so I could call the number on the back of my card.  Wanted to transfer me to a supervisor but said no thanks and hung up. SCAM

Received this call at 1:30 AM!! I don't think Wells Fargo calls customers at that hour. What a scam!!!

Most common scam is to get enough information from you to either steal your identity or your money, so if any doubt whatsoever, call your local Wells Fargo banker or the number on the back of your debit or credit card.  I called Wells Fargo Customer Service and they said they only return calls or call after a fraud report.  If the caller is legitimate remember they already have 100% of your information the bank has.  Wells Fargo also now has voice recognition of account holders available.

Third time I received call from this number claiming to be Wells Fargo .. its not .. fraud.. don’t fall for the scammers

800 956-4442 is a SCAM NUMBER! Today is July 4, 2024 and at 11:36 am I received a call that I did not answer. Afterwards I listened to the message supposedly from Wells Fargo saying "to get started, what is your account info...". Well that was my first clue since I DON'T HAVE A WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT! Secondly, why would any business call you a federal holiday that they observe - THEY'RE CLOSED.  DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER!

Call  tried using my Zelle account to say somebody was scamming me. Went to the bank and they had no idea what was going on. Canceled my Zelle account.
