    Curious
I have read everybody's comments but I am wondering if anyone has actually gone to here the bs on this? I do know it is a timeshare type of thing and they want us to come look at the timeshare in Williamsburg.  I was just hoping to see a posting from someone who has actually gone and can confirm this to be a "big 'ol pile of shiftwork".

Text of the call as interpreted by Vonage's text engine:  "Hi.  This is Bill with the Price Distribution Center calling in regards to the contest you entered some time back within the last couple of months to win the 2007 Lincoln Navigator.  Contest is officially over and we are looking at your entry form here so we have good news for you so congratulations.  What we need you to do is give us a buzz back at 1-800-996-0081.  Again, that's 1-800-996-0081.  Just ask for Bill and congratulations."  I assume what was said was "Prize Distribution Center" but have not actually listened to the message yet.

We got this same call at home - I figured it was a scam because we never enter contests because they usually only guarantee several trees worth of junk mail.  I think I will call back from our police department on a recorded line so perhaps they can be charged with something criminally.

Was away on business for 3 days last week.  During that time, received THREE calls on my work phone from "Bill", "Maddie" and then "Secretary".  (3 different numbers) All saying about the Grand Prize and that I'm guaranteed one of the 4 mentioned - Lincoln Navigator, $2500, Trip for two or a 32" flat screen.  I have to go WITH my husband, because if I win the Lincoln, we BOTH have to sign for it and one of us would need to drive it home.  Was told that we'd only be there no longer than 90 minutes and we don't have to buy anything.  I will then receive a scratch off and one of these prizes is listed.  Whatever it says, I win.  Fortunately, I have tools at work that I can research the number and address given to me to go to.  It is from TSN International Headquartered out of Illinois.  There is a Madeline (Maddie???) that is president.  I believe it to be the time-share schpiel that people do try to hook you into at home shows, etc..  However, I DO recall signing up to win a Lincoln Navigator a couple of months ago....  Might be interesting to go and see what they do...

Now that I'm reading all your posts, I feel like a fool. Glad my suspicions got the better of me. These guys should be arrested if it is fake. or beat up.

Got a message from Bill on March 1.

Same garbage.... Saying he was looking at my entry form on a contest to win a Lincoln Navigator and that he had good news. Called back the number 800 996 0081 and it had a message saying that it was the prize distribution department. No identification of what company what contest etc.

I never entered any such contest and will not be calling back. This is clearly a scam and a pretty good one. Based on the above I expect that I would have to take my wife to get hot boxed at some resort and this would get me a chance to win something.

These guys should be sent to jail.

Report these calls on the above website.  I got this call, too, on my cell phone. Call lasted 30 second (25 seconds more than law permits). I also "won" the Lincoln Navigator after having entered a contest (I DID NOT ENTER A CONTEST and most certainly did not provide my cell number). These calls are getting more and more prevalent. Time they are stopped!

I just received a call from from Bill telling me I had won a Lincoln Navigator and asking me to call this number.  The caller ID was 708-441-3679.  I will not be calling back.  I'm glad we have this site we can come to so we don't have to deal with these telemarketing people and their silly foolishness.

Same message as above: 'Bill' from prize distribution center, about my entry for a 2007 Lincoln Navigator (never entered). Caller id: 312-488-1851. Call back number: 1800-996-0081.

I called back, and talked to Bill's 'assistant' Tony, who wanted me to confirm that I earn above $50,000 and to confirm that I was married (nope and nope). Told me first that I was a winner, and then started stuttering and stammering, then said that I'm entered in the final draw. When I said I'm not married or engaged, the conversation ended abruptly. I was pissed, and called back, talked to the same guy. I questioned him about the company (where it was based, what exactly they did etc.).He got very uneasy and hung up abruptly again. Tried calling back, but he wouldn't pickup.
    Then I found this website.

I've registered an offical complaint, and I urge you all to do so too. It's quick, it's easy, it's online and these guys deserve to be thrown in jail. Here's the link: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088gform.do (thanks KL).

These people have been hounding me for over a month!  I don't even remember entering any contest.  We are also the do not call list, but apparently, that does not work.  Very annoying.  "Bill" says to call the 800-996-0081 number.

I just got a call from 18009960081 Chicago IL.  I didn't know anyone in IL so I let it got to voicemail.  They said that I entered a sweepstakes a few months ago to win a 2007 Lincoln Navigator (I did not)and that he had my ticket on his desk and he wanted to congratulate me.  I was to call back at 18009960081 and ask for Bill.  I never called and will not.  I always google the 1800 number if I don't know it. I am really glad I did.  This sounds like some kind of scam and I hope you catch the creeps.  They need to go to jail.

Received a call from Bill Bently @6:10pm central time stating that I just won a prize in a sweepstakes I entered some time ago. The prize is a Lincoln Navigator and that I need to call 800-996-0081 and ask for Bill. The call came from 312-488-1852; I did a reverse look up on the number and it's a landline number registered to Integrated Communications Consultants. I googled the 800 number which led me here; fortuntely for me I did this, I have entered several sweepstakes and it's sad because I will not know what is real and what is a scam LOL

This message was left on our home answering machine Saturday, April 12, 2008.

"Hi.  This is Bill with the Price Distribution Center calling in regards to the contest you entered some time ago, or within the last couple of months, to win a 2007 Lincoln Navigator. Well, in 2007, anyway. I am looking at your entry form here and we may have some good news for you.  We need you to call us back at 1-800-996-0081.  Again, that's 1-800-996-0081."

We called the 800 number, just to see what sort of spiel it was. (No one here had entered any contests.) No answer, no answering machine. So, we thought we'd check the web to see if there was any information. We found this site right off the bat. Thank you for the resource.
