These idiots called our business phone today at 1716 hours, after we were closed.  Caller ID showed "L J Bay Area" and no message was left.  I think this isn't the first time they've tried plaguing us.  They say there's a sucker born every minute but there seems to be a spamming/scamming anal sphincter born every 30 seconds.

Well except for the end call button, right? ;-)

No I don't think Jesus would fall for their lies. He'd see right through those deep into their hearts and know their hearts were evil.

you probably have to block them on your end via your phone service provider or some other method internal to your phone or service provider.

nah, she was just making sure your number was still working and valid. you will probably start getting tons of calls now from all over the place.

maybe we should all say something like "Oh yes I was told to expect your call. Now which credit card did you want to use today for your purchase? We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. The total amount due with all taxes and freight will be $200,000. I need to verify your information as well as get the card number.  Billing address of the card and the name of on the card." if we all start doing this maybe they will stop harrassing us.

Sounds like a con-man on a mission! Has his con-tentacles in a lot of different pies. I wonder if his American Ex-Prisoners of War thingy is the one that dreams up all those Nigerian Prince scams.

Spam alert 813-899-2012, spam alert, a&^&^hole you call me again, you are toast.

These people called our business again, this time today at 1543 hours.  A woman asked to speak with [boss' name], said it was "L J Area Holdings."  I told her he doesn't work in the office, he works on the road.  She thanked me, apologized, and then said she would try to call him again another time.  I then repeated, "He doesn't work in the office.  He works on the road!" and told her to stop calling.  The next time they call, they're going to get an emergency whistle blown into the receiver because they've been told not to call.

Called our business asking by name to speak to the previous owner (we've been under the new owners name for 5 years.) I told them not to call back! Also get calls from ac marketing but there's usually no one there when we answer.

My customers got 153 calls in June 2014.  Calling all over USA. ANI Name was often "unavailable" but also L J Bay Area" or 'L J Bay Area Ho" a number of times.  

Same as everyone else. Keep calling but never leave a message. Phone spammers from Florids.

Noone on the other end of line.

I am tired of getting calls from this number!

Nothing but silence then disconnect.

repeated calls - i don't answer from #'s I don't know.  they do not leave any message

suckers .idiots. scams in any form or shape..must find a better way to totally eliminate them.waste..waste.

I got a call from this number this morning.  L J Bay Area, etc.  Looked at the BBB rating which came up when I googled the number.  BBB has an alert out on this company; very interesting reading of all that they have done and, as of today, are still doing.  Total scammers.  Very irritating to keep getting these calls.  Just never answer them.
