Called my work repeatedly today; never have before.  When answered no one replies, when left to ring no voice mail left.

i want them to stop calling me!!!  They call me at allllll hours trying to get ahold of me!  no messages nothing... get the point i am not going to answer!!!  i have gotten to the point where i just answer and let them talk to themselves... I am not late on any payments so they need to back the hell off its getting old

I just got a call from this number telling me i had not paid my bill this month of 66$. After paying my CC with my debit and hanging up the phone i had a weird feeling that i got scammed. I call citi and cancelled my card and called the number back. I told them this was a scam number and citi and police know about it. The person on the phone was all surprised and telling me that it WAS citi bank. I could tell in her voice she was scared. I called the number and it was busy... DONT BE A FOOL LIKE ME

This is Citi Card.  They will ring you with no one on their side, so you think they hang up.  This is a new tactic from credit card companies to remind you that you owe money.  If you want them to stop, report their number to the Do Not Call national registry and report that they are soliciting you.  They will stop.

They call at least 3 times a day asking for the owner. IT'S HARRASSMENT!

pay your bills people - it is not illegal to call non-stop in an effort to collect a debt!  to what extent would you go through in an effort to collect from someone that OWES YOU MONEY? probably not just stop with the phone - probably go over to their house and threaten them with a baseball bat.  theyre not doing that to you yet - so pay your bills and quit spending so much time trying to find out who is trying to collect from you.

want a fun diversion - forward your cell or home phone to Walmart - or even better - the creditor that is calling you! will confuse friends and family - but the calls will stop.  also try answering the phone with a made up accent and deny you are who they want - takes time - but keep a recorder around - might be funny enough for you-tube.

Actually, in most states, if you send a certified letter to them asking them to stop calling, they are no longer allowed to call, and must communicate by letter. To my knowledge, they work the same way as telemarketers in that if your employer asks them to stop calling, they must stop calling at work.

Just dont answer for a few weeks they go away. Save number as spam and give it a silent ring tone....

Received numerous calls from this number, which shows up on Caller ID as Citicorp Credit. I checked with Citicorp and they confirmed anytime their company calls a customer, it is logged in the computer as to the date, time, account called and reason for calling. The number listed here is NOT associated with Citicorp. When trying to call the number back, it is a constant busy signal.

I get several calls a day from this number never answers when I pick up just hangs up. Tried to call number back I got message not an available number. I am on a donot call list.

They just keep calling and calling.  But whoever it is appears to use various numbers--not just the 816-420-4003.  866 209 7845 is another one. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO.  It must be a scam.  

I am going to call my phone company and block the number.  This is unacceptable.  You should all do the same.

They called at 9:00am, 10:30am and 1:37pm all on March 14th and left no message. I didn't pick up.

This phone (816-420-4003) started calling me and doing the same annoying mess that others already reported. I do not owe any money to anybody (thanks God for that). It may be coincident, but I started to get these annoying calls about 1-2 hours after I called a landscape company who littered my and neighbors driveways with its ad packages.

Starts am till early afternoon.  Approx 6 call a day.

I received 3 of these calls this morning.  I am to scared to pick up the receiver.  Most folks believe it is CitiBank.  This may be true.  I owe those [***] over $25,000.  Citi's CEO is from India (last name of Pandit).  I think he is treating us Americans like slumdogs in India!  Why can't they hire Americans?  If we could find jobs, then we could pay our bills!
