- DLAThis number is continuously calling my cell phone and using my minutes just to hang up. Leaves no message. I have discovered this is an obnoxious unsolicited Telemarketing call.....
Just want them to stop.....- Caller: Unknown
- charlythey called 16 times in 2 day, and never left a message. After reading some of these reports, I see I'm not alone. I'll called them back and asked to be put on their "do not call list".... hope it works.

- MMIt was for something I filled out at the mall. They told me that I had won a sweepstakes and all the mercedes and stuff so I actually went to see what it was all about.. They want you to buy local vacation packages. They say it will take an hour but my husband and I were there for almost 5 hours. We kept telling them that we were not interested in buying and then they would send someone else to try and convince us. It was horrible. The chance to win a car if far and long.. It is a scratch off where you have to scratch out boxes -no one would ever win anyway. We got our 50 dollar gift card which for my husband and I we made about 5 dollars an hour each.. Waste of time.. Funny though I keep seeing their number on my phone even though we already went....
- irritatedIts silverleaf vacations. They are trying to scam people into timeshares. My husband filled out my name and phone number only on one of their forms at a fair before he found out who they were but never finished it and told them nevermind. They have called incessently over the past couple days. They are now blocked.

- SteveThey keep calling me and I keep rejecting the call. I'm registered on the Do Not Call list, so I'm going to file a complaint against them.
- reReceived a call today from this number; however have gotten at least 4-5 calls in the past two days from 817-525-1024 (which appears to be the same company), and just today figured it out when I got a letter in the mail with a form I filled out for a drawing at a home show back in March. The back of the form states it is from AVC, and references Silverleaf Resorts. Address given on the letter is 2400 W Pioneer Pkwy #210 Arlington TX 76013.
Sad thing is that on the form it says "I expressly consent to be contacted by telephone and/or mail for marketing purposes" and on the back "By submitting this form, you waive any Do Not Call restrictions for the sponsor and grant the sponsor permission to contact you by telephone or mail for marketing purposes." Added both numbers to my auto-reject list and am never filling out one of these damn forms again!- Caller: AVC

I am on the do not call list - yet that doesn't seem to matter to these people.- Call type: Telemarketer
- KJust called them back and asked nicely if they would stop calling my number. They asked for my number and instantly said my name afterwards. They said they would take my number off the calling list immediately. Ive received calls from them everyday for the past few days. If they call me again, I won't be so polite next time.

- Has to do with contest entry| 1 replyI was receiving up to 4 calls per day but no messages were ever left. After reading up on other notes I decided to call them from a blocked caller ID number. I spoke to a polite representative named Ashley. I started by saying I was receiving several calls per day from their number and that I'm on the DNC registry and really do not wish to be bothered. I was polite and emphasized that I want them to stop calling me especially after reading negative things about them after googling their number
. Ashley remained polite, apologized and co-operated with my request. I had to give my number so she could reference it and remove it. I then curiously asked how my number entered their system. She named, but mispronounced a family member's name and named and mispronounced a mall that the family member frequents, and stated that a contest entry card had been filled out and submitted. I told her I still prefer to have my number removed and she apologized again and told me my number would be removed. The DNC registry can not penalize these companies when they have received an entry card submitted previously allowing them to call you.- Caller: I didn't need to know Co. name

- Shill Alert? replies to Has to do with contest entryYou sound a lot like you are part of this scam, the way you are going on for example about how "polite" these criminals are LOL. If you're not a shill, then you are highly uneducated at best.
You say they can't be penalized under DNC laws for calling you if you entered a contest -- WRONG. If you don't know the law, it's better to keep your trap shut. Read about it here: https://800notes.com/news/scooter-maker-fined ... sweepstakes-ent
In this case, it's not even a real "contest" because nobody wins anything, and the vulnerable lose! It a ruse to fool the ignorant, judging from your post it looks like it's working.
This is a filthy scam operated by low life scum, and any "politeness" is part of the con, and it will quickly evaporate when the crooks realize they can't trick you out of money.
Oh, and calling scammers back is really bad idea. It confirms your phone number and will get you on even more sucker lists. Scammers love it when you call them back! - shango444phone ID is SILVERLEAF RESO.
My phone ring's once at least 4 times a day.- Caller: SILVERLEAF RESO
- KathyPlease stop calling me.!!
- ShineThey called me like more than twenty times. Of course, I did not answer. The last time, I answered. She mentioned about "ABC Company" asking about my local mall on sale. When I turned down, she tried to tell me to claim some winning prizes in Amsterdam. I realized that a fraud scheme so I told her to give the prizes for charity and do not call me any more otherwise I would report to the fed. They have stopped to call me more than a week. The other number, they used was 817-525-1024. Both comes from Arlington, TX. Be aware about those numbers.

- Wendy| 1 replyI went to the Hunter's Extravaganza with my husband this year in Fort Worth and like an IDIOT, filled in a form for a drawing to win a vehicle (thought it was a truck, maybe Ford).."owners to be notified by mail". I put my cell and email address...again, like an IDIOT. Ever since then, I have received NUMEROUS sales calls from several different area codes (which I always google and find out are telemarketers). This week, via mail, I received a letter and my original FORM I filled out!! HA! It matches the info stated on this site which I found after googling the phone number 817-522-5885 (which just called my cell). Here's what the letter says:
12/9/11

Then it refers to my recent and enclosed "entry form" which has a bunch of info related to this on back which is a lot of fine print, but if I had read it, I would have seen down towards the bottom :
