- lanellplease don't call me . You are BLOCKED!!!!
- MGot a call like this before from Silverleaf but it was legit. (3yrs ago). Went on the trip, sat through the time share meeting 1.5 hours while they explain how wonderful it would be to own a time share when all along the answer was going to be no. But we got a free hotel stay and a $100 Visa gift card out of the 1.5 hour agony. I didn't win anything else. Now I guess my number came around again. No Thanks!!!
- Darryl B.Have called twice since yesterday. No message left.

- James replies to Joe| 1 replySame thing here....I filled out the card and "spun the wheel", at the Formula One Race Weekend downtown event in Austin, Texas...Silverleaf Resorts...Now I get the annoying calls every day, two times, twice a day, no messages...Thankfully, I had a friend who was married to someone who worked for them, so I knew not to attend the "wear down" 90 minute session.....
- RichardI got a card in the mail and it told me about winning a mercedes, going to a meeting, etc just like all others above and now after reading the above comments, I am convinced it was a card i filled out at the Grand Am Race in Austin last weekend. They offered me a landyard that you put around your neck that says Continental Tire on it and you get your picture taken with beautiful girls ....but they are really selling timeshares or vacation cruises or something. I've learned my lesson.
- RichardThey called me today and I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. Then just to prevent me answering next time they called , I gave the number on my cell phone a contact name: SCAMMER.
Now when they call, I will know exactly who it is!!!!! losers!!!!!!!!!!!!- Caller: Awards Verification Center

- DB replies to kimmythey told me the same but then said I didn't even need to take the tour - tours I've taken in the past have given the prizes (usually the trip) If they offer you a choice take something you will use. Trips are typically mid week off season when they need to fill spots anyway and airline will never align with the trip which is how they get away with offering these things for "free".
Don't fall prey to the set up appointments mid week - they know you can't make it because you probably work during the week. so they will ask you what is convienient this way it make you feel as if you are in control while they just hooked you into a tour. - DBBeer Week In Saratoga - Everybody's a winner - you'll get the trip! Free air fare, but the window of dates are mid week, off season and probably don't align between the air and the open spots at the resort so you'll pay to upgrade. The resorts will fill up by someone. They have been giving that Merceedes away for years now - ask the odds of winning and if it has been given away yet?
If you want to go on a timeshare tour and get a cheesy gift have fun. DON'T BUY, you will never get your money's worth.
Request they send you a full list of all the winners of each prize!- Caller: Silverleaf Reso

- MattSame thing. Call after call after call. Day after day after day. I finally answered and went off on them like there was no tomorrow. I feel bad because I think I made the girl cry. Which was not fair because she was just doing her job. But still. Very bad company practices. I will bet you they do not call back though. If they do, it will go straight to the Texas Attorney Generals office and the FCC.

- JaThey say you've supposedly won these fabulous prizes but they need you to write a check for a few hundred dollars & they have to hold it. They either scam you out of that money or steal it out of your checking account.
Theyre frauds & will probably b gone once they see this message and move on
To the next scam - Jules64Don't recognize the number so I don't answer. Have already called me 4 times in the past couple days.
