I have been harassed the whole last week with multiple calls per day from this number.

I cannot BELIEVE it is from a good organization like Doctors Without Borders. I actually picked up and spoke with an operator last time, and he refused to identify his company! My gosh, how disappointing.

I made a donation last year and will never make one again. Ugh.

I've been receiving calls from this number a few times a day for the last several weeks and finally answered.  They asked for me by name and said they were calling on behalf of the President of the United States to thank me for my support (I STUPIDLY donated to the DNC during the last presidential cycle and have been paying for it with spam, junk mail and phone calls like this ever since).  When I told him I wasn't interested and to please stop calling he got nasty with me and asked "Why, have you turned Republican" at which point I hung up the phone.  This reeks of scam!!

The telefundraisers called me 3 times in 2 days. When I told the person I was not interested in their monthly program, he just hang up on me without saying a word. Not even a thank you.

They called me again on 7/6/10.  They had been calling me 10 times a day and not leaving any message.  I blocked them, but they keep calling.  I finally used my cell phone to call them and leave my number on their "do not call" list.  Since then, they have not called.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

This caller uses "M. Harris" as caller ID--and is apparently the Harris Corporation calling on behalf of the Democratic National Party. I'm a proud Democrat, but I don't want them--or their minions--to call me using fake IDs! How to lose my vote, guys.

Received the call at 4:50pm, answered and heard a "beep" then a hang-up.  I really don't care what organization is calling, I NEVER accept or make contributions to ANY telephone solicitors.  Telephone solicitation is a completely unacceptable practice!

I contacted "Harris Direct" and instructed them to NEVER call me again.  Please do the same if you do NOT want to receive their solicitation calls.  Their office phone number is 818-222-3470.  Also, their website is www.harrismarketing.com

Yes I get calls from this number as well, every time I pick up there is no one there.  When is this country going to protect us from this complete waste of our time.  As a result I refuse to donate to anything using this method as how can I believe they are who they say they are.... Scamers

I have been getting these calls over and over as well.  I'm assuming they're being made on behalf of the DNC, but since I don't answer I can't be sure.  The DNC is the only organization that would have my phone number (actually a cell phone which is the only phone I use and should be unavailable unless I provide it).  At any rate, I've contacted the DNC on their website and told them I don't appreciate this annoyance.

I gave money to Doctors without Borders at the time of the Haitian Earthquake. I have been harassed ever since. I will never give them another dime, and I tell everyone I know what happens if they give to DWB.

On the contrary, this is ABSOLUTELY a good reason NOT to support Doctors Without Borders.  I donated to them  this year, unsolicited, because of their good work.  It is no coincidence that I am now receiving repetitive telephone solicitations on their behalf. If  this non profit values the privacy of their donors so little that they employ this business to solicit donations for them, and sell your information to other non-profits, they do not deserve continued support from charitable Americans.  There are many worthy non profit agencies which do not employ annoying techniques.

Does anyone know the phone number of Jennifer Tierney, director of development for Doctors without Borders?   I believe she is responsible for administering their fundraising.
