I have received 3 of their calls now.  Tonight, I called back and they either transferred me to a voice mail or hung up on me.  I finally talked to "Tracy" and she claimed she was removing my number from their system.  The person they are trying to reach has my name but not the same SS# and is not even in the same part of the country.  I expect another call next month.  Anyone find anything to do aout this?  What state are they in?

I have been recieving calls from this number -832-476-1739 for several weeks.  Whether I answer the phone or not, there is a recorded voice identifying itself as a debt collector and asking me to call back.  They never use my name.  

I'm wary of calling the number, because I know that I do not owe any debts.  I am on the National Do Not Call List, and intend to report them at the federal level as well.

My mother received a message stated to pick up the phone and stop wasting there time and take care of this.  Stating they have called and left several messages and this the 1st of what sounds like many about someone who does not live there.  They have the names wrong even though they may sound the same.  I agree something should be done to callers or people like this. Left a name that sounds like Carol Watson very hard to understand not foreign to call 832/476-1730 ext 603. No info left, sounded like debt collector which this elderly person does not have, low income no credit cards.

My mom has gotten calls from this place for the past 3 days!!  I am a paralegal so I called them for her today.  Prior to my call, they would not provide their address to mail correspondence.  They have repeatedly told her "it is you" (that owes a debt to whoever).  I asked them to verify the social security number and they gave me the last four digits, which do not match my mom's.  They stated that a letter had been sent to my mom's address, which it has not! "Tracy" - being the very courteous NOT!! (she even went so far as to call mom a "liar") "lady" from the agency asked for my ISBA number as it is the law. I advised her that it is against the law to attempt to collect a debt not owed and to harass people over the phone.  
I fully intend to pursue this matter and take further action.

3 months ago i got a new cell phone and 2 weeks later the calls started. Mostly the automated ones. Every other day i get a call from these people, I've called them back once, and told them i wasn't the person they were looking for. They said my name would be taken off the list... Still hasn't happened. I've gotten calls as early as 6 am on a Saturday to as late as 10pm. The few messages that they have left (not automated) has been hard to uderstand and downright rude. This is getting insane!

I received a couple of phone calls, last week, from 1-(832) 476-1739, and today she/he, whoever is calling me, called me again twice. Since I do not answer my cell without recognizing the number in my screen, I allowed them to leave a message if it was urgent. The message is always unclear, and my best bet is that these guys are a bunch of idiots begging for attention by calling people randomly. Just report and ignore them! Tthey will eventually get tired of playing idiots and go away.

All you have to do is report them to the Texas Attorney General for abusive collection tactics. Texans are protected from harassment from dept collectors. Visit the Texas Attorney General's website.

I got a call from 1-832-476-1739. They were very rude and said they needed to talk to me or my representative.

I received a call from this number at work today. It was for a recent employee. The man who called sounded very upset that he did not have the correct number. Where he is calling is a law firm that does collections. It sounds to me like a fly by night collection agency. Most of the people working there are money hungry. They use tactics of collecting that are FDCPA infractions. They are not allowed to give you any info on why they are calling. Their job as third party collection agency doesn't give them much leverage in the business. So they break laws consistently to make their bonuses. FDCPA laws are available all over the internet if you would like to educate yourself more on what they are not allowed to do.

A very agressive person keeps calling stating that it is imperative that I speak with you. However they don't leave an appropriate message as to why they are calling quite rude.

Call daily leaving messages that are imperative I return their call. Something to do with a case number in Harris County. No clue where that is--
Getting a little annoyed, it is on my cell and home number.

Called my cell and asked for my mother.  Then they called back within 5 minutes and I asked her to remove my telephone # from their calling list.  Kimberly then proceeded to tell me not to yell at her that she was not my child so I informed her that I was not her child and hung up on her.  Dummy me called the # back from my place of employment which is a law office as I am a paralegal and they transferred me to guess who - Yes Kimberly.  I hung up.  Well she called back my place of employement and said someone called her and hung up and she asked if it was me and I informed her that no and that it was a wrong # and that several people worked at our office.  These people are rude and wierd and let's not forget persistent.  So I'm waiting on them to call me back again.  This time I won't be nice and she WILL HAVE to tell me not to yell at her.

I answered the phone and this guy named Mr. Parhan asked for someone with my same last name. I told him that he had the wrong number.  I asked him not to call here, and he told me that he would call me every day. He asked me if I knew the person?  I avoided answering the question.  He then asked me if I understood english.    He then asked me if I was the person.  I told him once again to not call me.  He told me once again that he would call every day.  I then asked him if he spoke english.  I then went on to say F/U a** hole.  I was too angry to contince talking.  I then called the number back and spoke to someone else and she said that he had removed my number.

This place called my house after 9pm 3 times in the same night, but said nothing when I picked up the phone! I called the # back on my caller ID- (832-476-1739). A voicemail picked up, sounded like she said I have reached Davante USA? Said to hold for next available agent, but no-one ever came to the line. It automatically went to another voicemail that gave an address in Houston TX. I will now be reporting them, whether it be a collection agency, (it is against the FDCPA to call past 9pm) or a telemarketer for that matter!

Does anyone have these jerks mailing address? They call EVERY night...please help!

A very urgent call came in at 4pm. The person left a message that I must call back by 5:30. This was the second message in 3 weeks. The person used very bad english and did not have a credible voice. I ignored it like the first call. If it is that urgent they can leave a detailed message or send me  a letter.
