- HarrySo I’m a complete idiot and after a busy work day I wasn’t thinking straight and called the number back to update my info... because some times family sends me stuff for valentines day and I figured it was a package from them. What’s going to happen now that they have my info?
- Caller: Fed ex

- MelBHad a missed call from this number today and a VM. It was from a man with an Indian accent telling me they needed to verify my address and other information because a package was unable to be delivered. I am not expecting anything. I did not call the number he gave me back, but I did call Fed Ex and confirmed there was no package waiting to be delivered for me. This is a scam and they are most likely trying to get information about you. Ignore and block the number!

- JohnCall originated from the 1-833 number. Caller had my name and work address already. Only thing I said was yes when they called and confirmed my name. Wondering how concerned I should be for my business...
- Caller: FedEx
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- KrazyKatFedEx also. They gave me our old address. I explained that we had moved. He asked for our new address. I asked who the package was from. Her said Jirike Enterprises. His name was "Frank" with a thick Spanish accent. I called the number back, and "Juan" answered. I hung up.

- Dave M.It was legit. An Indian woman with a strong accent from Fedex called to track me down for a package that had an incorrect address on it. She was correct and I appreciated her finding me to get my package address corrected.

- CautiousGot a call saying that it’s from FEDEX ground. I am shocked how much information they know. They called my work and stated my company name and my name. Gave me this 833 number and an unique identifier number. Called the number back and it said to call back during normal business hour of 2pm to 10pm local standard time. What????? Definitely a scam.

- Jose PalomequeI got 2 calls from them, clearly scammers, I asked for their Fedex ID number and he stuttered a couple times and said he didn’t currently have one. I will report their number so hopefully they get taken down.

- M. BaptistaI just received a phone call from 1-833-372-5815 - a message was left to call back Fedex - they needed further information on how to deliver something - I never had Fedex do this before.

- LRG| 1 reply"John" called from (833) 372-5815 & claimed to be from Fedex Ground wanting to deliver something. Wanted address etc. I said no. He called back. I did not answer. John left msg to call back & use ID 1324450. I called Fedex at 800-463-3339 & was told: "not a Fedex#, scam & to block number". Scam & not Fedex.
- Caller: Fedex Scam

- Tygerkat replies to LRGI'm pretty sure FedEx & UPS contact the sender if there's a problem with the address on a package, not the receiver.
- JCMGot this voicemail at work - thick accent for a guy named "Israel". Came in at 9pm. Long after business hours and he called our tech support line, not the regular office number. When I called the 833 number from the office phone the recording said to call during business hours "2 to 10pm, in your local time zone". I called BS. FedEx is 24 hours.

- Joe P| 1 replyI received this call suspiciously labelled as "United States" and they left a message that they were unable to deliver a package. I called back, gave them the "unique identifier" they left on their message, and they pulled-up all my information and read it off to me. After they read everything back, I told them only that there was one small item wrong. They had "Street" instead of "Drive", and where I live, that's huuuuuge. All information they already had was otherwise complete and correct, I only gave them "Drive". It is entirely possible this number is being spoofed by others who indeed are scammers, but my particular experience was legit.
- Caller: FedEx Ground
- Call type: Valid
- Tygerkat replies to Joe PThen why are you here? You already know who called you and you admit that phone numbers can be spoofed so what might be legitimate for you isn't necessarily legitimate for others.
- LauraIt's 9:44pm Central right now and I just got a phone call from this number. When I answered I could hear two people, one a male and one a female, speaking in another language. I just listened to them for a few seconds and then said "Hello?". The woman said she was from FedEx and had a package for me but needed help figuring out my address. I asked her to tell me what address she had and she said "5-1 Meadowlark". That is not even close to my address and there is no "Meadowlark" in my town. I told her that was not correct and she asked me to give her my address so they could make my delivery tomorrow. I told her absolutely not and hung up. The line kept clicking and going in and out during the very brief duration of the call. I am certain this is a scam.
