- Al replies to TygerkatTo answer your first question. Yes. Most of the people that work there are deported ex gang members. I’m not one just a returnee that did high high school.
Second question.
I’ve worked for a call center once. Not anymore. - NorthTexCaller left a message about a problem delivering a package for a person I do not know. I will not be calling the callback number provided.
- Caller: FedEx rep (Male with foreign accent)

- JAKA guy left msg stating he was from FED EX Ground. Said FED EX is open mon-sat. 10 am-10pm.
Said had pkg & needed delivery directions. I knew this was a scammer once I typed the phone # in search engine...- Caller: FAKE FED EX GROUND

- Lizzie replies to melani| 1 replyI received the same call today. He said his name was Sam from FedEx and that he had a FedEx Ground package that could not be delivered to me. Asked me to call bacy 1-833-372-5815 and reference a specific number. I reported it to FedEx.
- Tygerkat replies to LizzieI'm pretty sure both FedEx and UPS contact the shipper if there's a delivery problem, not the recipient.
- TW replies to melaniThis time it wasn’t a scam. Went on Fed-Ex website, and saw that the address had been corrected in their system.
Glad that I wasn’t totally rude..this time - Jennifer TaClaiming to be Fedex asking for address
- Caller: Fedex
- Elizabeth| 1 replyNot a scam. It was actually Fed Ex. I did my homework: I was expecting a package from Fed Ex, the number they gave matched my tracking number, and the sender was right. I'm kind of appalled by the racism in these comments. Just because the other person has a foreign accent doesn't automatically mean they are up to no good. Many different companies out source their call centers to places with populations that speak good English, such as India (you know from the whole British Colonialism thing). Just do your homework people.
- Caller: Fed Ex
- Call type: Valid
- Jeff WendogThe usual suspects.
- Caller: who knows, who cares

- Kat* replies to ElizabethShill alert! Go on, tell us why you looked up a known phone number when logically you would have no reason to do so. Oh, and this is me, doing my homework to find out why you came here to shill.
- SidCalled my cell and home .it came up FedEx ground.i answered and it was about a pkg they could not deliver.wanted to verify my address and reroute, but I did not order anything.the caller had a foreign accent and also my maiden name was mentioned which I have not used in over 30 yrs.. goodbye...
- Caller: Fedex

- caller| 1 replyI have been getting numerous calls from this number about the same FedEx info. First of all, they're not Indian. They just have a foreign accent. Just because someone has a foreign accent doesn't mean they're Indian by default. Please stop generalizing.
- Caller: Claims FedEx
- Kat* replies to callerPerhaps YOUR caller wasn't Indian but that doesn't mean the people who reported their caller was Indian were generalizing. Their caller may well have been Indian. You have no way of knowing.
- EileenI gave my address in a voicemail because I have a misdirected fed ex package!!! Oh no! I thought it was legit.
- Caller: Fed ex or supposedly
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Kyle| 1 replyI also gave my address, thankfully I didn't give apt number too. What can they do with my info?
- Kat* replies to KyleWhat did they say they wanted your address for?
- Liz Cutts| 1 replyFake call, still concerning that they easily had my information enough to do it back to back
- Caller: Fedex
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Judy MI did not pick up on a recent call from this number, but the caller left me a voice mail. They getting much better at the scam. The caller had only a slight accent, sounded very professional, and it did not sound like a recording. He provided what he said was the Fed Ex Ground telephone number, the same one he was calling from, and also provided what he said was the tracking number of a misdirected package addressed to my husband that I was to use when I called Fed Ex back. He said they needed to check the accuracy of the address. He gave me office hours and repeated both numbers at the end of the call, just as you would expect a legit representative to do. I am naturally suspicious of all such contacts, but this one was easy to identify: I have not ordered anything from Fed Ex lately, my husband died more than 4 years ago, and the caller used only the first syllable of our last name. I'm leaving this comment just as a warning, because he sounded so absolutely legitimate in his delivery.
- Caller: claimed to be Fed Ex Ground
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Question replies to Liz CuttsDo what back to back?
