Indian accent speaking English. He claims his name is name is "John" {LOL} He claims that he is calling for Fed Ex Ground/ Express. There is supposedly a package addressed for me. The guy stated they were unable to deliver today. That I need to call them to confirm my address. he gave me some kind of "Unique ID" for the package they gave me a number to give to them when I call them back that identifies the package. { I am not expecting ANY TYPE of package. Furthermore, FedEx knows exactly how to get to my front door. Why in the world would they call me after 8:00pm. I am pretty sure their office closes at 6 for this type of issue. They normally send a notification via texts if there is ever any type of hold up with anything they are delivering to me. I highly advise everyone to sign up for updates and emails on any incoming packages regardless of who the currier is. You can actually track packages via tracking numbers as well. I am calling total BS on this call.

Hi there. I’ll explain everything, I used to be an employee at datamark being a operator Over the phone and the company is located in mexico, If you received calls from this number, means that fedex is trying to deliver a package that the shipper is trying to send you. Most of these packages used to be magazines from people, sample parte or samples from companies such as GE, Fanatics , Americanmotors, and plenty are Of shippers that I actually don’t remember anymore. Talking about people with thick accents; some of these people are people that learned English on middle or high school in mex, the majority of them are deported ex gang members that used to live in the USA. I used to see how agents with poor accent used to be all nervous on the calls, due to not understanding the easy script. I renounced due to personal reasons, if I’m disclosing any of them: bad pay, careless manager, and overall will always complain the los strategies of getting calls done. Datamark charges FedEx a low cost per employee having an employee earn less than 70 dlls a week while being an American client, client pays datamark money that employees will never get.  Name of site leader is Agustin Rodriguez, manager assistant Amapola Perez. They both money hungry people.  Datamark is a company I freeing low cost offshore solutions to companies in America but datamark in Mexico abuses of employees not paying properly to them. Number in mex is +521 6566251175 El Paso, Tx USA  9153015411

I called them back. He answered very relaxed without introducing himself, very unprofessional. After giving him the ref. # he left on my answering, he gave me the wrong name and then asked me to give him my correct name and address, once I refused, he supposedly transferred me to customer service that hung up on me.

Picked up voice mail from 833-372-5815 claiming to be Fed Ex wanting me to call back because of failed attempt to deliver package. Caller said there was a problem with the address and even gave me a case number to refer to. Really fishy.

They called, left a voicemail using my deadname. Said they were FedEx and had trouble delivering a package. Not even my hardcore religious family use that name anymore so I know they weren't sending anything.

A woman with a foreign accent,Left a message: "We attempted to deliver a Fed-Ex package today, but had an issue involving location of your address. Please call us to confirm your address....". I deleted message, and will simply call the nearest Fed-Ex store to resolve any issues.

It's not FedEx so don't bother calling your local store. If FedEx or UPS has a problem with a package address, they contact the shipper not the receiver.

i received a call IDing them selves as Fedex Ground and asking for my best friend, I have no idea how they connected the two of us. Claimed that they were Fedx  Ground and  had my number as the contact.   I told them I could call him and have him call them. They gave me the number 833-372-5815 and a so called Fedx case number.  I looked up the case number and it did not exist, then I searched the phone number and found this site with other people having similar experience. My caller was male with possibly and Indian accent, however his English was much better then most Indian help desk personnel I have talked to over the years.

Just got a call from a guy with a foreign accent claiming to be from Fedex, asking if I was ******(my real name). He said something about a package delivery and I told him I don’t have a package to be delivered, told him he has the wrong #, and hung up on him.

Received call & voicemail from 833-372-5815 on 24 Dec2020. Person claimed to be calling from Fed-X because they were unable to make delivery and needed to confirm the address. I called the number and the automated message asked callers to call back between the hours of 2-9 pm (my time). That should have been a clue. I called at 2 pm and the man wanted my address and tracking number. I asked what address he had. It was in another state! I hung up the phone. Scam for sure. Now I know Fed-X doesn’t make these calls.

I got a call from this number (833-372-5185) with the same claim as everyone else; they claimed to be Fedex Ground, had my name and had trouble delivering a package because they had the wrong address. I was left with Case Number 5287827. I didn't answer the call because the caller came up as Potential Scam on my iphone, so I just let it ring to voicemail. The big tipoff for me (aside from my iphone alert) was that the voice message said that their hours of operation was 10 am to 10 pm, MY LOCAL TIME. Yet, if they don't have the right address for me, how could they know what time zone I live in? I called FedEx customer service and gave them the case number. They said that was much too short of a number for their case numbers. I have concluded that this is a scam.
