- BUSY Admn. Asst.Just called my office; name came up as TOLL FREE NUMBER. I did not answer. They left a full 11-second BLANK voicemail message. Based on other reviews I've read, I suspect this is a scam call. I will not be calling them back.

- C| 1 replyEverything about this message felt concerning at a gut level. They seemed to be reading from a script to tell me that they wanted me to call them back to verify information. Why would that need a script? Beyond that, I have NEVER had issues receiving deliveries, so that on top of them seeming to read from a script drove the nail home. That said, the foreign accent isn't an issue for me. Some people have accents. The rest of it was WRONG. I wonder what on earth they are hoping to accomplish with this scam? have they gotten ahold of my information somehow and need my address to perpetrate fraud? whatever the case may be, I will be reporting this to law enforcement.

- Tygerkat replies to CIf they can find your phone number, they can find your address.
What they are "hoping to accomplish" is to convince you to give them money. That's all scammers ever want. - ????Said they were FedEx but it’s a scam of some sort I’m not sure what they were doing they asked for a case number instead of a tracking number or any identifying number of an actual package

- Anonymous| 1 replyIt's a toll-free number. My private landline was called, and a message was left on the recorder. The message entailed was by a male with an Indian accent, claiming to be calling from FedEx phone. He claimed the reason for calling was that a delivery attempt was made/failed due to they didn't feel it was the correct address. They wanted me to call them back, and provide the correct intel. He said my residence# was 13472749. This intel was repeated twice, as well as to contact the point of origin number. He said the hours of operation were M.-F.-0700-2200/Week-end-0930-1900-MST. I called the number back, and a recording answered saying it was FedEx Support. Hmm??

- FedExScamReporter| 1 replyClaimed to be Fedex, called about a failed delivery, knew a name of someone from our family. Wanted someone to call back at this number. Sounded a bit labored and mechanical in his delivery. I wondered if it was a bot instead of a human.
- Caller: FedEx

- Tygerkat replies to FedExScamReporterFed Ex doesn't call about failed deliveries and even if they did, they wouldn't call a family member of the recipient.
- PepeA guy with a Spanish accent called, said they were Fed Ex, said they had a package that couldn't be delivered, and wanted to know if Jane Doe was here and if they had the right number. I never say "Yes" over the phone in case I am being recorded, and so I asked what number they were calling, and the guy said he must have the wrong number and quickly hung up.

- AliGatorThey called us and asked us to provide our tracking number because our package was delayed. We called multiple times and they transferred us and did the same spiel every time. Definitely a scam. They had bits and pieces of our personal information but nothing was fully correct.
