Rang 3 times and left no message. Called at 7:17 am.

Was mark Daniels from MAC?  Said I was person of interest and if I dint return call they would proceed with filings

Calls to say they are investigating a matter regarding, then goes silent, and says I'm directly involved. Threatens to move forward with action if I don't return the call.

Scare tactic scam call.

I just received a message from Mark Daniels. Well I have received 3 messages with three different numbers and three different return phone numbers to call back. This is ridiculous.

Received a voicemail from Mark Daniels telling me I was a person of interest in a legal matter and they were going to proceed with the findings... I did not return the call

To all of you I just got a voicemail from Mark Daniels with exactly the same message as each of you stated, the area code was the same as mine from a community where I know no one, that was the 1st attention-getter for me, then this gruff-sounding voice says the same thing to me, definitely scam, I have gotten voicemails similar to this one on and off for years, I delete all of them!!! Thanks for sharing, amazing how many of us have something filed against our name in the county where we live!!
