I received a call from Trinidad, CA saying to call them back directly at this 833 #. Same message as everyone else.

Keeps calling my daughter saying he will file with the police if she doesn't pay. Says his name is brendan shaw with mac

Same message except mine was from a Brandon. Returned this call last time but he wouldn’t talk to me unless I gave him my ssn.  Not happening so I told him to give it his best shot!

Got a call from a Brandon Shaw.He was threating me some bill and account # I never had. Told me he was going to mark it refused and send it to my county for further action.

Same number, name of Brandon Shaw. I told them go ahead and proceed with the county because in TX statute of limitations is 4 years. I haven't had a payday loan in 20 years.

Got same message saying my ex husband was a person of interest! Thanks everyone for the heads up!

The guy that calls me is Brandon Shaw, leaves same message that they will come after me lol come on you creeps, waiting!

This person has called me before and leaves no name or company.

833-505-1608, but called from 866-242-3315. Brandon Shaw left message stating it had to do with some account and said what I could make out he was from MAC, and gave four numbers stating it was end of an acct number and I needed to call immediately. Stated that if I did not it would be reported as a refusal and submitted to county in which I live.

Simply tell them your "refusal" to pay means that they have to stop all collection activities by law.  That should confuse them.

I'm calling in regards to your account with a ending in 23786 urgent that we get in contact with you immediately to make your final payment with our office off bring your account current and close it out. If we do not hear from you will be forced to document your file as a refusal and send it out to your account for further processing. The number you can reach is not directly at 833-505-1608. I received a “spam call” .. message from Mark Daniels advised if I didn’t call back in regard to an account ending in 2378 he would proceed with filings. Have no idea who he is, the company  or do I know of any account ending in 2378

Says they rep cash net ..bad check case
Thing is I've never used cash net

They only use a couple of account numbers to send to everyone. The two fools whose names are associated with this scam are Mark Daniels and Brian Shaw. They also use another company name

Why does this number keep calling me from different phones as potential scam ? This needs to stop, I am reporting this to the FTC.

Why do we all have the same account ending in 2378? Scam. Argued with them once before. Asked them to mail me a notarized copy of the documents and they transferred me to an angry sounding guy. Asked him to do the same thing. They won't commit wire fraud.

Got a message saying my son is a person of interest and my number was given as a point of contact.  File name to refer to is brandy  weird.  Some points of the voice mail were computer voice
