call saying if I didn't; make a payment they would contact my county for further proceedings.

They called from a spoofed number but gave 833-505-1608 as call back.  Recorded message that they received my number as point of contact for “inserted name”.  Name is that of a relative.  He is a person of interest in an important matter.  Federal law prohibits caller from giving any information.  (I don’t think so).   Supposed to call back and reference file number but only dead air.  Caller never gave a name or company name.

None of what this caller says is any of my concern.
I decline to be a "point of contact" for anyone other than my children.
Your "person of interest" is of no interest to me; do whatever you need to.
I'm not responsible for my relatives.
I don't do business using reference numbers. I use my name.
I do not take instructions from my phone or any other appliances in my house.
All business offers or threats to sue MUST to be in writing, or they're worthless.
They can mark their files with any label they wish, and send it to whomever is next in line.

Said he was investigating a transaction with my bank. My bank would never do this.

called me and left a message for my cousins former name. She has never used me for any references. the content of the message was the same as everyone else's. definitely phishing or scam.

Same number 833-505-1608 has been calling for over 5 years.Mark Daniels,now a new name being given not clearly stated.

Same message a few times now added it will affect my banking

They call daily saying there's been suspicious activity on my bank account and my ss#. They've been calling and harassing my family members

I just received the same phone call from my local area code left different call back number saying also person of interest and iff I don’t call back gonna continue with this is ridiculous

Received call similar to what you all are expressing from 816-209-6141 from a person stating they are Brandon sounded like last name Shaw. But then the callback number was the same 833-505-1608 and please call referring your account number so we can get your final payment, but if we don't hear from you we'll have to proceed with filings.

Said there is urgent matter in regards to my bank account and social security. It was the 8335051608,8339392211, different people same message mr.Daniels,Besty Castor, Bradon Shaw. They state they are mediators and assigned to my case.I reported the number to the donot call list as a scam but they are still calling. Checked all my finacial things are fine. Such a scam.They don't state the company.

Same only caller now saying his name is Brandon, repeatedly calls multiple times a day, this time included the last 4 digits of an account number I don't have any record of.  Calls from a number appears to be local, but then leaves this number to call back.

I just received a message from this number from Brandon with MAC leaving me this message --"I'm calling in regards to your account ending in xxxx, it's urgent that we get in contact with you immediately to make your final payment with our office to bring your account current and close it out.  If we do not hear from you will be forced to document your file as a refusal and send it out to your county for further processing".   SCAM!!

This is the message left.
“How you doing today this is a courtesy call your number was given as a point of contact to reach John here rentals please inform them that they have been named as a person of interest in an important matter that requires their immediate attention federal law prohibits me from disclosing any information I will need to speak with either Johnny or Reynolds or their legal representative the number that they can use the contact me directly is 833-505-1608 again that is 833-505-1608 please instruct them to use file number or any further information please press one now”

I have been getting numerous calls from these people for weeks now.  They have left messages and even on different occasions reference different account numbers, which is how I know its total BS.  On top of the fact that I don't have any outstanding collections or accounts in bad standing, considering i just bought a home a few months ago.  They have called both my cell and my job.  How did they even get my job number for this Robocall?  I don't even have Linkedin to know where I work.  I am thinking these are related to possible cyber breaches of some sort, to even have my direct number to my employment.  Not good!

Calls almost every day with same message as every other  person

I just got called 2x from a 3302953320 with a threatening voicemail. Funny thing was that my iPhone recognized it as spam.  Then the number that a “mr. Sebastian” told me to call back was a 8335051608 number and threatened me with legal action. I haven’t lived in Ohio in 10 years and I owe no outstanding debts. I check my credit report regularly and I have no outstanding debts that were sent to collections. These idiots use all kind of tactics to scare people in to giving them your bank account information. I’ve had them threaten to come to my work or home. If you check your credit report and do not owe anybody anything, don’t even bother with these idiots. If you do call them back. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. They should have it if you “owe them!”   I’ve been down this road before. My credit score is over 700 and I couldn’t achieve that owing outstanding debts and not making good on them.  Please take my advice. They may even try to contact family members. You can google a number and it usually will bring up family members associated with this number.  Hope this helps.

Received a Call from a Brandon Shaw and Mark Daniel, both stating they were from MAC and that I was a person of interest in a bank fraud investigation, said if I did not call back they would move forward with proceedings.  They left two different call back numbers and when I call back to ask they question, like are you registered with my state, I  did not get an answer at either number.

My wife and I both have received the exact same calls 2-4 times a day each. But the guy's name who keeps calling us is Brandon Shaw. But it's the exact same spill Everytime. And I Know it's a recording because I'm only getting 1/2 the message, apparently he's talking as soon as my voice mail picks up. This has to be a scam.
